非常好的民宿体验,离西湾河地铁很近。房东家菲佣姐姐人超级好,很可爱,下次来HK还来入住。

房东人很热心,春节期间出行,房价挺便宜的,而且房子位置挺好,离地铁站近,有没有城市中心那么吵闹。

位置很好,交通很方便。Fiona也很热情。介绍很多好玩的地方。卫生很好。很满意

房东姐姐很热心解答我的疑惑,回复的速度也很快^_^还给我们推荐了很多当地的餐厅和小吃,收获满满。入住的时候菲佣姐姐来接我们,出了地铁很快就到住处了。房间确实是小,我们五个人显得好拥挤。不过床的size弥补了所有不足kingsize的床睡得很舒服!

We had a lovely stay at Fiona's for 28 days. Towels, shower gel, shampoo,hair dryer and free flow hot/cold water are provided. Our room can sleep 4 adults comfortably and the location is superb. Maximum 2 biggest suitcases fit well if everything is neatly organized.

Very informative host, with recommendation of nice food, shopping nearby, and how to get from one place to another. Tips on how to plan our trip ahead on transport, food, the strategy (for instance for Disneyland). Thumbs up!

the hosts are very friendly, very near to public transport

My wife and I were at a party at the Victor in December. We are from Russia and almost did not know English. Use only electronic translator (as now, in the preparation of this review.) And not looking at it, we found the apartment safely inhabited. Before that Victor gave us complete information about the whereabouts of his apartment and his assistant met us at the specified location. It was our first experience with Airbnb project and of course we are worried. Oddly, the apartment was exactly as shown in Photo. We are specifically looking for an apartment in a high rise building that would have had a good view of the river. So like the spirit of Hong Kong. One can see that a person with extensive experience in receiving guests and all at the highest level. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for travelers. As in this hotel. We loved this apartment, I want to go there again. Victor admired attitude. When we moved in, the TV did not work. Victor reaction was immediate. Within a half hour later the mate came Victor and tried to fix it. But alas damage was lethal. And the next day in the apartment was a NEW (!!!) TV. It is worthy of respect! During this holiday we were in Bangkok, and only after I found out that Victor has an apartment there, too. Of course, if I had known beforehand, I would not hesitate to stop him. Because it is certain that he and responsive business man! I was happy to be his friend! ======== и то же самое на русском - пытался писать попроще, что бы переводчик справился====== Я и моя жена были у Виктора в гостях в декабре. Мы из России и практически совершенно не знаем английского. Пользовались только электронным переводчиком (как и сейчас, при составлении этого отзыва). И ни смотря на это, мы благополучно нашли квартиру заселились. Перед этим Виктор снабдил нас полной информацией о местонахождении своей квартиры и его помощник встретил нас в оговоренном месте. Это был наш первый опыт использования проекта Airbnb и конечно же мы переживали. Как ни странно, квартира оказалась именно такой, как указанно на фото. Мы специально искали квартиру в высотном доме, что бы был хороший вид на реку. Таким образом хотели проникнуться духом Гонг Конга. Квартира снабжена всем необходимым для путешественников. Как в настоящей гостинице. Нам очень понравилась эта квартира, хочется ещё раз туда попасть. Восхитило отношение Виктора. Когда мы вселились, не работал телевизор. Реакция Виктора была моментальной. Уже через пол часа появился помощник Виктора и попытался всё исправить. Но увы поломка оказалась летальной. И уже на следующий день в квартире стоял НОВЫЙ(!!) телевизор. Это достойно уважения! В этот же отпуск мы были в Бангкоке, и только после я узнал, что у Виктора там тоже есть квартира. Конечно, если бы знал заранее, я бы не сомневаясь остановился у него. Потому что уже уверен, что он отзывчивый и деловой парень! Мне было приятно стать его другом!

This was my first AirBnB experience and it was definitely amazing. The apartment was exactly as described. Risa met us at the Sai Wan Ho station and helped us get settled in. Both were very accessible via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). I managed to mess up the safe (as I did not follow directions) and Vic was over within a few minutes (literally) to help me. Vic was extremely pleasant, kind and welcoming. He recommended some areas to explore and was soooo helpful. :) :) :) He was also great and helped me phone a couple of places since I did not have an unlocked phone and was not able to make any calls. The Sai Wan Ho area is less touristy but had great local dim sum, bakeries and noodle shops. I loved the area and would stay again. Very convenient to the MTR and with the Tourist pass, unlimited MTR for 72 hours worked out perfectly. The area was extremely safe as well. The building has around the clock security at the front as well. I again thank both Vic and Risa for being so wonderful and welcoming. It made my first stay in Hong Kong a very memorable one. I was definitely sad to leave my "home" of a few days. Even in my short stay I felt that his apartment I would highly recommend Vic's place to anyone and should I return to Hong Kong, I will definitely be checking to see if his apartment is available.

I'm sorry this too so long. My friends loved this place. The apartment was very convenient and cozy. When we walked into the apartment, it felt like home instead of a rented hotel kinda feel. Vic was very sweet, would always give us a whatssap to check up on us to see if everything is fine. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they come to Hong Kong. ;)

Book early to avoid disappointment! It is not hard to see why this apartment is busy. The host is terrific and checking in and out is a breeze. The pictures tell the story that no words can explain. Everything works and that includes location, facilities and neighbourhood. It just works. My wife and I spent a month here and it wasn't long enough, very sad to leave. It is surrounded by eateries, shops and transport and don't get me going on the view. Other tenants in the block were extremely friendly although at times I didn't have a clue what they were saying. We will return.

Vic's apartment is very clean, stylish and according to usual HK standards, good value for money. It is spacious enough for two people, has a separate shower and the everyday convenience you could ask for in a modern apartment, and a decent view! It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Saiwanho MTR and we found this very convenient and easy to get around HK. The building is secure and there are some good eateries within walking distance for those late night munchies. We didn't meet Vic in person, but his good organisation made us feel welcomed and at ease. Vic's maid met us at the location and showed us the apartment. Overall I would highly recommend the apartment for travellers who like to have a comfortable stay in HK for the right price!

The neighbourhood was colourful, lively and a good break from Central Hong Kong. The apartment was comfortable, bed was quite firm but after a long day, it doesn't really matter. Really well fitted out apartment and very clean. Host was always ready to answer our questions, the only thing that was disappointing was the scaffolding surrounding the building at the moment does obstruct the view, which was something we were looking forward to.

Excellent Host and a top notch apartment to boot. The 17th floor studio is Hong Kong in a nutshell : systematic, clean and offers a view to die for. Victor and his housekeeper Risa were extremely helpful during the stay and were kind enough to provide quick relief when I accidentally locked myself outside the building. Wi-fi works flawlessly which is a major plus point and the place is spacious enough for 4 and rather self sufficient as well.

피오나가 홍콩에 없어서 만나지는 못했지만 엄청 친절하게 신경써줬어요. 셩완페리터미널에서 숙소로 가는 길을 사진, 지도를 넣어서 설명한 파일로 보내줬습니다. 숙소는 홍콩의 대표적인 관광지인 침사추이, 센트럴, 몽콕, 디즈니랜드, 홍콩공항과는 거리가 있지만 지하철역이 가까워서 괜찮았어요. 그리고 숙소가 있는 세완호도 번화가는 아니지만 가게나 식당이 많고 깔끔해서 숙소 주변을 둘러보는 것도 좋았어요. 숙소는 정말 훌륭한 곳이었어요. 보안이 엄격하지만 경비원들은 친절했고 클럽하우스, 야외수영장, 요가룸, 체육관 같은 시설이 많았는데 돈을 내면 게스트도 사용할수 있대요. 숙소가 57층이라서 침실의 큰 창문으로 보는 야경이 멋졌고 집과 화장실도 매우 깨끗했어요. 화장실은 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 욕조도 있었어요. 다음에 홍콩에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶네요.

It is a very quiet and beautiful view apartment. We like it very much! A big club house with many facilities. A lot of transportation such as: minibus, bus, MTR and ferry around here. Also many reastaurants very close to the apartment. We like it very much! The place was very clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking and eating at this cosy home. Thanks Fiona for preparing everything for us! I hope I can come and stay in your place again in the future!

Probably one of the best cheap accommodation on Hong-Kong island. The place is very well located and Hanh is super nice host. The size of the apartment is huge, and the view from the flat is stunning. The location is not far away from the MTR, so it is a prefect place for those who like to stay in Hong Kong Island but what to stay away from the crowd. The only little problem is that like half of the kitchenwares have not been use for a long time so they seems old and rusty, and some dust because it is such a huge place. I am very glad that I have chosen this place and I will recommend to all the guests. Thanks Hanh for having us!

The apartment is in the central of HK island ,across of the MRT station ,too convinient to everywhere ,and have to say Arvind is the best host ever ,I was supposed to be here alone buggy didn't expect that my sis come too ,but he still fix this for us ,he is super nice and smart ,I recommend all of u who wants to be here for short trip ,it's cozy and quiet also easy to go anywhere!

Arvind takes good care of the apt, the room is very clean. Location great, right next to metro. Residential area with interesting market on ground floor worth explore. Highly recommend.

Arvind's place was very nice. It was across the street from a subway stop. There Weremany places to eat including a McDonalds. His apartment was one of the cleanest places I stayed in since using Airbnb. I was very (URL HIDDEN) his place. I would definitely stay at his place again.

An economical place that met the needs I had. Clean and quaint. Small but it worked for me. Arv seemed like a good guy and was rarely at home due to work.

Arvind is so nice a person, and it is quiet place,which suits single travellers.

You would be hard pressed to find a better airbnb in HK; the location couldn't be closer to public transportation, it's clean and modern, and Arvind is very nice and helpful.

港岛很不错的小区,有保安,周围治安也非常好,各种设施完备。房间很整洁,是真正的大床,不是hongkong style的双人床,这点特别满意~ 洗漱用品和bedding我都是用自己的。周围交通便利,可以有长廊直接到太古城,就可以直接到MTR,周围环境也很好。旁边就有个pokemon的点,可以躺在床上刷pokemon ball~

Pinkie's place was the ideal base to explore Hong Kong. It was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable -- the perfect place to come back to from hectic Hong Kong. It is conveniently located to public transport. Pinkie is a great host, responsive and accommodating. Could not recommend more highly.

Pinkie was super friendly and super helpful, the apartment was exactly as per her listing, modern, clean, had everything in it you would need. But if you are not familiar with Hong Kong sized apartments you may find it a bit small, good for 2 people maximum. Apart from that we would definitely recommend it to anyone interested staying around East Hong Kong island, plus it is very close to the MTR (subway) and taxis easy to find as well. If you do stay here check out the roof top BBQ area, it is fabulous, the concierge guys are very friendly and helpful too.

Pinkie was a very friendly and welcoming host. She was very responsive and patient with all my questions leading up to and during my stay. My friends and I stayed for about a week in her apartment which, while a bit far from the center of Hong Kong (we were there during Art Basel), was never hard to travel to and from since cab drivers knew where to drop us off in Sheung Kai Wan. In fact, it was a nice refreshing break from the typical expat neighborhoods of Central and Soho. The apartment itself was very modern and clean, and amenities (like AC, gym, washer/dryer, etc.) were all very nice to have. My favorite part was the rooftop area where you can have food/drinks al fresco. This is a great place to stay if you want a little bit of separation from the madness of downtown Hong Kong, but ease/accessibility to it with nice accommodation and a welcoming host. Pinkie was prompt and precise in informing us about her apartment. We were in good contact prior to our arrival. She met us at the entrance to her building and helpfully orientated us to the apartment and surroundings. The apartment is in a new building, so all the plumbing and fittings were new, easy to use and in good condition. The apartment was clean and was a good break from the streets below. It was small but the cupboards and enclosed balcony meant that suitcases and bags were out of the way and we could have a clutter-free stay. There were no issues but we were certain that if any arose, Pinkie would have been immediately helpful. We would stay there again.

This was a very comfortable one bedroom in a high rise with a lovely view from both the bedroom and living room. Pinkie's apartment was clean and welcoming.. It didn't take long to make myself right at home. A couple of notes: I think the place is better suited for 2 people as it's still a cozy space (though large for HK standards). My husband is 5'10" and was perfectly wedged between the headboard and the end wall. Sharing the bed was ok for a few days, but if you're used to a little more room when you sleep, it could take some adjusting to. Also, it's located 10+ stops (25+ minutes) from major attractions (like Causeway Bay, Central and Tsim Sha Tsui). If you're a hipster, you should check out Wan Chai, Sheung Wan and Sai Ying Pun (all relatively far from this apartment... So FYI). Super close to A3 exit from Island line MTR with easy access to wellcome grocery or 7-11. We also rode the ding ding which was on the main street 7-11 faces. It's also next to the Shau Kei Wan bus terminus so really, you could go anywhere by bus from here. For a quick dirty bite, the food shop kitty corner to 7-11 had amazing "jongs" (banana leaf steam rice with pork and salted egg). The Main Street also has some good eateries. You can always ask the concierge for recommendations. Overall, an amazing stay. Pinkie was extremely accommodating and kind. This apartment was exactly what I needed location wise and its amenities offered the comfort I needed. Thank you so much Pinkie!

Pinkie is reliable and responsible host. Whenever I need any assistance, she will respond to me asap. This is a prestige building with brand new appliances, high standard of security and good hygienic level. It is close to MTR station. There are lots of local restaurants, supermarket and wet market around. Everything is very handy. Pinkie is very thoughtful too, has provided all housing necessities. Top from cooking, cleaning, washing to bathing they are all available. The double bed is a firm mattress. Thank you Pinkie for your thoughtful mind to provide this cozy unit!!

The very cosy and modern apartment is located in Shau Kei Wan, close to the famous Main Street East which has many restaurants and streetfood. Pinkies place is very clean, well equipped and exclusive. MTR station and bus stops are nearby. We fully recommend it.

Very nice host, Gloria is super friendly and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable for 1-3 people, the place is clean and there are lots of restaurant around the building. Remarkable experience, highly recommended.

This studio apartment is spasious and nice. The location is very convenience. Only takes few minutes to the MTR station and bus stops. Gloria is very friendly and funny!! She is always willing to help!

Very communicative hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was stellar, even arranging for a friend to guide our check-in when they were out of town. Scenic apartment in a stunning complex. Space is solid for Hong Kong and we were impressed with Kate's commitment to making sure we had a good time. kate的房子离地铁站和公交站都很近 虽然在港岛东 但是附近的食肆和shopping mall也是配备完美的 重点是很舒服~靠海晚上还能看夜景 推荐哦~性价比很高
