You obviously get what you pay for, and this was a budget reservation but I feel like this spot is as a work in progress, a step up from camping. The bed/cot was pretty hard and difficult to sleep on. There was no wifi. It was chilly and no instructions on how to turn on the heat. Would I stay there again? Probably- because I like to save money. But I would bring a pillow, a space heater, and some melatonin to help me sleep. Also right next to a liquor store so neighborhood rowdy late at night.

Super cute, clean, totally renovated space, very private quarters right in the middle of city. Very walkable to many attractions. Hosts are very responsive and made me feel welcome. Definitely will be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jeff's place. The accommodations were very comfortable and Jeff and his wife were very hospitable. The house is located in a great location, just between the Canton and Fell's Point neighborhoods and not far from Patterson Park. There are lots of nice and cozy restaurants in the immediate vicinity and even more just 5-10 minutes away via uber/lyft. I would definitely recommend Jeff's place.

I highly recommend that room to everybody who stays in Baltimore. Good localization, close to the park and harbour. Very clean and cosy.

Location is good, but this place needs some work before renting it out to people. The photos provided in the listing definitely did not match the room I had. My room had no furniture apart from a mattress! Kitchen had almost nothing in it, and there was no where to table to even sit down and eat something at. WiFi is poor and didn't work well upstairs. Also zero closet space, and no hangers to hang any clothes as advertised. The owners need to seriously invest in some amenities before renting this place out, because you are essentially living in an empty house.

Great place to catch a refreshing sleep before traveling the next day. Quiet neighborhood next to the park with street parking all around.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. We were able to reach Dixie most of the time when we had questions. Her brother was usually present in the house. He was kind and the place was very clean. Location is awesome!

Never actually met Dixie. Place was clean and spacious but nothing at all to what the pictures showed. They are completely different pictures and we went in thinking it was the place I saw on the page. The people living there were nice and kept to themselves but there was people sleeping right by the door so we felt bad of coming in and out. Location is calm and safe and this Airbnb is good if you are on a business trip but if your going with a group of people to enjoy the city I would rethink it because you have to be quiet and aware of the people there.

Max was a great host. This was my first airbnb and I was a little nervous but me and my girlfriend needed a place to stay since we both got new jobs in the area and our lease doesn't start for another month. The location couldn't of been any more perfect on top of how clean and well kept the place was. Way better and cheaper than any hotel we could've stayed at. Would recommend max to anyone who is staying in the Baltimore area!

Stayed here while over traveling from New York back to Ohio so we didn't get a full Baltimore experience. However we booked the place short notice and they were fully able to accommodate us even at midnight so we were very thankful for that. The place was spacious and clean and even had a washer and dryer great for any length of stay!

Had a great stay! Everything was as expected, and it was super easy to park here and then walk or Uber to Highlandtown, Canton, Fells Point, etc.

The house was easy to find by following the directions laid out by the host. It was clean and a unique space. The room was well furnished and easy to navigate. There is space to cook and a fridge for food if you're staying for a while. Close to Fells Point and other great Baltimore attractions. I would definitely recommend a stay!

I had never stayed on a boat before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this really surpassed my expectations. The boat is really clean and there's plenty of room, the kitchen was much better than I expected as well. We were down the street from downtown Baltimore which was great, and there was free parking. Really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice neighbourhood and well-furnished boat. Had issues with the shower, but Angelina was great at replying to any queries we had very quickly. Was definitely a good experience!

Less expensive than some hotels. The boat was clean though far from new. Beds were comfortable and there are great food options nearby. The adjoining slip held a half submerged houseboat, which was a bit unsettling. At least the neighbors were quiet - ha! If you're just looking for a place to lay your head, it was fine. Unique experience for sure.

Spent the weekend in Baltimore, stayed in Angelina's boathouse for a night and had such a great experience! First time ever being in a boat house and I was actually surprised how roomy the boat was. There was four us and the space was very comfortable. My favorite area was the front patio space - great place to hang out and relax. The space was clean, the A/C worked great, the bathroom worked just fine, and beds were very comfortable. Angelina was so attentive and accommodating. The boat is also located in Fell's Point which is walking distance from all the great bars and restaurants. Would recommend staying here if you are looking for a unique Baltimore experience!

We had a great time! Boat was so much fun. Great location, right near a fantastic crab house (Captain James) and the water taxi. We'd definitely stay here again!

The houseboat was a welcome change from the usual hotel. I would definitely do it again, a great time, we met some of the neighbors who were very kind. Look forward to renting other houseboats in the future!

Loved my stay here! Such a fun way to see the city, next to everything, and the check in instructions were simple and clear... self check in, which is always nice so you don't feel like you have to rush to meet someone. The boat was stocked with everything and the AC was great, it wasn't hot or humid at all. Fun trip and would definitely book again!

The boatel is a neat experience. It is centrally located in Baltimore and right by a walk path that will lead you all over the Bay area. I'll take a boatel over a hotel any day!

Great place

New to Airbnb, a road trip brought me and my 14 year old son to stay in four Airbnb homes and one hotel on our trip out east from MN. It's located near the harbor, where there was a lot going on (restaurants, a festival, museums, etc). Of all the places we stayed, this was the only one we gave all 5 stars in each category to, and it is well deserved. You'll find this home to be extremely clean and welcoming with modern decor. We loved the rooftop patio, where we watched a beautiful sunset. The hosts are just as inviting (and organized-their welcome packet is full of great info) and if you have a history question, Peter is very knowledgeable! I just can't say enough about how wonderfully positive our stay was with this family. We'd stay again in a heart-beat, should our travels bring us their way.

This was my first time doing airbnb and it was a great experience!! It was easy to get too and very clean quite place to relax. It was literally staying in a hotel that's how nice it was. If your looking to go to the national aquarium /shop/restaurants it's only 5 mins from there house. Definitely recommend and next time I'm back in MD staying here again!

Staying in Steven's home in Baltimore was a distinct pleasure. The home was extremely clean upon arrival and the communication was superb. Steven and his wife Kesha were always just a text away if we had questions. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were soft. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if ever visiting Baltimore again. They were extremely welcoming! I don't think any future tenants will be disappointed with staying here.

I loved staying there and had an easy time getting in and communicating with the host. Overall a great place to stay for a couple nights with some friends.

Steven was the ultimate host!!! We had the entire residence & the layout was perfect for a family of 5. Very close to 95, Harbor, etc....and had a garage large enough to fit my Expedition. No issues what so ever. Definitely wish we could have gotten for the entire week & next time I come home to visit I hope to be able to get Steve's place. 5 Stars!!!

This house is amazing! All the furniture and appliances are nice and new. The most pleased thing everyday is to sit at the dining table, looking at the sunset by the window. It's really enjoyable to live at such house that I almost didn't want to leave. There is a bus stop for Navy line just outside the house.

Our stay at Steven's place was great! The home is quite spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Steven even took the time to leave snacks and metro cards for our use which was so kind. Everything in the home was clean and ready for us even though we only had booked our reservation the day before checkin! There are several stores only a five minute drive away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steven's home to future Airbnb guests!

Trevor's place was exactly what I was looking for - convenient location at a reasonable price. Beyond Canton itself, easy access to Fells Point, the Inner Harbor, and beyond. Although Trevor was away during my stay, his instructions were clear and the logistics went seamlessly. He was a conscientious host, and was very flexible about check-in and check-out times, which made my stay in Baltimore that much easier. The room included a mini-fridge with a few small items that came in handy. I would book again.

This was my second stay with Jeannette and I've already booked The Shire for next year! She is a wonderful person and hostess - funny, kind, helpful. I love her pets too. They're a bonus for me. Great neighborhood, parking is easy (compared to nyc, for example). The Shire isn't elegant but who cares? Bed is comfy. It's quiet. Price is right. Thanks Jeannette! See you next year.

Jeannette is a great host and it was a really wonderful experience to stay at her place. While it is true that the ceiling is a little bit low, but the room is very spacious. (I am 6'2 and I found it a nice place to stay.) The location is great, only a short walk away from circulators and bus stops. Definitely recommend this place to anybody traveling to Baltimore.

Jeannette was a great host! The room was just as advertised, clean, neat and the price can't be beat. She greeted warmly and helped me unload the car, told me about local places to eat and generally did everything she could to make me feel at home. I would heartily recommend her to anyone.

It wad a nice place to stay with family. I love the all the information Maneet provides. It really helpful. Their TVs have a lot option for kids and adults. However, it is hard to find parking lot. Maneet is always reply quickly. The house has a very secure lock. It is suitable for family or group of 4-6 people.

Visited Baltimore for a baseball game with a buddy. The apartment was a good place to crash for the night and Maneet was incredibly responsive for check-in and other questions prior to arrival.

Maneet's place was exactly as advertised--plenty of space for us and in a good location for our visit. He was super fast at responding to messages which was great when we had questions, and he was also understanding when we mistook the check-out time. I would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Maneet was a perfect host and we had a smooth check in and smooth check out. The property was clean and cozy and well situated in the lively federal hill section of Baltimore. This property is an easy walk to both stadiums and the Inner Harbor.

Maneet's place was very nice. Great communication form the host and location. The place is large enough to sleep 6-8 easily. The only downside was the (URL HIDDEN) prepared to walk several blocks if you return later than 5pm.

The access to outside on every level was pretty cool. The bedroom is exactly as it appears and is described. Amanda was great about us using the kitchen where we made our coffee each day and even cooked dinner one night and had lunch another day. She is an artist and so you will be treated to original works throughout the house. Few things could be repaired or updated, but this is her house and anyone who owns a home knows there is always something that needs attention. For the price and location it is spot on. I did take a walk in the evening after dark and turned around to come home after 10 blocks. I am from NYC, but was not familiar with Baltimore's nighttime "ambiance" which included intoxicated adults rolling around on the sidewalk... and it was pretty dark even though it is only a 10 minute walk to the water and more touristy area. Her restaurant recommends are in the neighborhood and accurate! I am looking forward to future stays as my son will be in Baltimore for college for the next 4 years.

Amanda's home was super comfortable and in a stellar location close to local hotspots. Check in and check out we're easy and the stay, for me, was essentially like having the place to myself, since it was so quiet when I was there. Highly recommended!

Amanda was such a great host. Her response time to questions was great. We stayed for 2 days and really enjoyed the neighborhood. It wasn't to noisy and there were restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Our only thing was finding parking after 5pm but that's something that comes with any big city. All and all we really enjoyed it. I would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for our family getaway to Baltimore. The place was clean and exactly what was pictured. Any questions or issues we had, Marta was quick to respond and help. The area of town is a bit questionable at night, but we honestly had no problems at all. We would definitely stay here again if needed in the future.

I stayed in this unit for three months in the summer. Marta is a GREAT host and is communicates very well - she helped immediately with any problems we had. She has definitely put a lot of time into fixing up this apartment and the inside is beautiful. The neighborhood isn't in the safest area, so just use your common sense and street smarts.

Marta was communicative and her place was perfectly advertised. A great value for anybody looking to experience Baltimore.
