We use airbnb a lot for business and personal travel. This is one of the best airbnbs in the world - everything about is top-notch. If you are coming to the Pasadena/Greater LA area Pasadena Posh and Posh 2 should top your list.

Barry is super welcoming. He texted that we could check in early and a few times during our stay. All manner of goodies left to eat and drink and high quality toiletries make the place extra special.

This was my second stay and I look forward to the next one!

I had the most incredible stay at Posh 2. It's not only a great location, so close to downtown Pasadena with easy access to get into LA, but Barry & Van have also put so much love and attention into the overall experience. It's those little touches, like the bottle of wine, chocolate, and food in the fridge, to toiletries in the bathroom and the most amazingly comfortable bed. They've done everything to make you feel at home, before you even get there, and then just keep on trying to improve on what is already a fantastic stay. Such warm and generous hosts...I can't wait to stay again.

The house is set up beautifully. Stocked with items that made it easy to just move in. Even though we aren't used to a queen bed it was very comfortable. The house & area is very quiet for restful nights! Loved every minute.

René is very nice and warm host. We got a lot generous help and kindly concern from René. Her house is lovely and the backyard is beautiful. We lived at the guesthouse, sofa and bed make us feel comfortable and relax. bedding is very clean and neat. Overall, excellent and delight experience living at Rene's house.

Staying at Rene's was great! It's a perfect welcoming neighborhood, and the location is walking distance to little shops to walk around. Rene and her husband made us feel very welcome from the little details & treats left for us, to the precaution of Rose Bowl event traffic so that we'd make our own event on time. The description is exactly as described and Rene is a pleasure to work with - great communication & great person.

I had a wonderful experience here. The cottage is much larger than it initially looks from the outside. Places to eat and drink were only a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive away. I will gladly stay here again the next time I travel to LA.

Sierra Madre is one of the most delightful communities in Southern California. Unique things to do and see without the "hub-bub" of congested LA. And Louise's cottage is the perfect place to stay. Their pictures say it all.

Ignore the photograph because whatever that building is, it has nothing to do with the property being rented. However the property is really nice. It is Rene's parent's building in the back garden and is the size of a large hotel multi-room suite. All the facilities are here. A very comfortable mattress on the king sized bed, a wet room, really nice kitchen with gas cooker and American fridge/freezer. The living room is large and beautifully furnished and there is a little room that can take all your junk. The location is residential and really quiet. A few blocks away is a small shopping centre that is - FRIENDLY. Everyone smiles and talks to you. The house is 10 minutes drive from the Metro to take you in to downtown LA . The station has free car parking and being over 62 the train only cost 35 cents !!!! I am seriously looking at coming back at the end of our 3 week tour.

I recently stayed at Sergio's place as I was attending a conference at CalTech. Sergio was very attentive and took care of any problems that arose during my stay. Sergio's place is comfortable, well stocked and situated. Check-in was very easy. I would certainly recommend this place.

We were impressed with our experience from the moment we approached the front door. It was night, and a lovely globe light had been left on to help us enter the apartment. Sergio had left the air conditioning on just enough to make the space cool and relaxing. The space was spotlessly clean. It was beautifully decorated and well-stocked with so much more than we expected - even sharp knives and ceramic pans. The bedrooms were large, and the beds were so comfortable. Sergio was charming, and responding immediately to any questions we had. The area felt safe and quite, and was conveniently located. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous property. I felt like we were staying at a bungalow at the Four Seasons. The guest house is very well-appointed, decorated beautifully, and very secluded. What a great place to recharge. It was such a nice treat to have snacks and Prosecco waiting for us, too!

This was the perfect site for an LA/Pasadena get-way. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped, and features two enclosed courtyards, with lots of room for relaxing or entertaining...the closet itself is +/- 18' long with floor to ceiling shelving! Amenities are great--smart TV, all new kitchen appliances, etc. It is set off a tree-lined residential street, convenient to Rose Bowl Parade, Huntington museum and gardens, etc. We loved our stay with you.

This place is fabulous and the hosts could not be better -- friendly, helpful and also thorough and professional in every aspect of our stay. They've thought of everything in terms of accommodations -- comfortable, well equipped, immaculate, and -- the bonus -- beautifully appointed indoors and out. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Posh guesthouse. Barry and Van are wonderful hosts and have put in a lot of work to make everyone's stay comfortable. The home has a very welcoming feel. They even had chips and salsa amongst other snacks which we loved! As far as amenities, I can't think of anything missing in the house; great kitchen, patio, Comfy bed, easy parking, a Keurig for coffee and more! We also loved the private set up. Highly recommend the posh guesthouse.

The host provided a very pretty place for us to stay. She was very concerned with our comfort and making sure our needs were met. My kids loved waking up in the morning and jumping in the pool. They have two very friendly dogs who enjoyed making friends with our dogs. We met the entire host family and they were all very welcoming and helpful. The property was meant for a smaller family - but Katie was more then willing to let us stay their - she even had blow up beds ready with bedding - blown up for us when we arrived. Very unexpected nice surprise.

we arrived after a long drive(10hours+) from San Francisco around 9 pm. we were exhausted and not feeling all that. then we meet Greg and Katie. and from that moment things just got better and better.first of all the guest house is just fantastic. so much room so much character. so many thoughtful details. not to mention how clean it was. anything and everything to make your stay just that much nicer. but the real experience is Katie and Greg themselves. from the moment we met them it almost felt like we are visiting really good friends. and boy they did took care of us. they fed us gave us drinks and more importantly shared a part of their life and their story with us. meeting people like them is the reason why we use airbnb. we felt like we made new friends at the end of our stay. and all that within 2 day. we will definitely come back and visit them again and hopefully get to know them better. i know this is a very personal review but personal is what they are offering there. i mean as i write before the place is just perfect. but this listing is more than a place to stay.thank you Greg and Katie for being such wonderful hosts.

We loved staying with Katie and Greg! This house is truly a gem and they've made it like a home away from home. It was clean, comfortable and we felt spoiled staying there! They gave wonderful recommendations and were nice and sweet every time we talked with them. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to wake up! We did use the spa and loved it. It was a lovely location and close to so many great things. We will be back to stay again!

Upon arrival Katie greeted my daughter and I with a smile. I will start off by saying we had a rough day and were having some car trouble so coming "home" to this wonderful retreat. It felt like being with friends and family. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. We have traveled all over and this was by far the best! They invited us to join the 4th festivities but we already had plans to go to Knottsberry Farm for the day. Even though we were in their backyard we had a sense of privacy. The attention to detail in the home was beyond expectations and my daughter said she never wanted to leave, it was her dream room! I cannot say enough how much we look forward to returning and spending more than 2 days there. Its so conviniently located to everything the freeway is right there and there are several places to eat, or starbucks for coffee. We enjoyed some records while we read ourselves to sleep. I had to leave my 17 year old there while I took the car in and I had not the slightest reservation about saftey. The gate locks tight and you can easily shut out the world and just enjoy, plus the dog kept her company. I felt more comfortable and welcome there than I do at most hotels I have stayed at, this is a MUST BOOK! Thank you Katie and Greg! Natalie and Alexandria

The listing is accurate and the hosts are fantastic. It is clean and comfortable and Katie and Greg go out of their way to do everything for the guests. I was invited to BBQ's and to meet friends and family, and to use the pool and spa, but they were never pushy and always accommodating.

We had a great experience staying here. The guest house is large and bright, with lots of room to spread out. So much better than a hotel room! The property is as described, and Katie made us feel very welcome. If you are a walker or jogger, you will be delighted with this neighborhood, which has miles of wide streets with very little traffic and interesting architecture. Yet outside the neighborhood there are tons of good restaurants, shopping, movies. We would definitely come back again.

Katie's guest house was a fabulous sanctuary, a confection of a space, conveniently located and tidy. Upon arrival, the host welcomed me and kindly gave me a tour and briefing on all the functions and dimensions of the well-appointed space. Wonderful library of reading and art books and records. Fresh flowers and many thoughtful touches. The space is bigger and more beautiful than what the pictures convey. I would gladly stay at this gorgeous retreat again.

Greg and family were very polite and friendly. They made sure I knew they were there if I needed anything but also let me have my personal space. The level of interaction and engagement was entirely up to me. Very easy to kick back in this place. The guest house was exactly as pictured/described. It was very cozy, private with ample room to relax and get comfortable. Bright and sunny, just as I like it. The neighborhood is quaint and sleepy. The street is lined with mature Jacaranda trees that are in full bloom this time of year (May). Makes for a welcome reprieve after a day in and around Southern Cal. It is one of those older "well-kept with pride" California neighborhoods. Of course the record collection is a highlight for any audiophile. (I left a list of recommended listens) Late Sleepers: The house is full of light from sunrise to sundown courtesy the four skylights. You may want to take advantage of using an eye mask if you're not ready to be up with the sun.

Cindy was an absolutely incredible host! Far exceeded ALL expectations. Breakfast was cooked and ready for us, and the shower was amazingggg. Beds comfy and the AC kept the room ice cold. Superior in hospitality, Cindy made sure our stay was very pleasant and we felt extremely welcome.

We had a fantastic time in Anaheim. Good location near Disneyland and lots of space to park de car. The house is nice and the hosts so kind. I would repeat this experience.

We requested the stay at the last minute (same day, a few hours before midnight), and our hosts were very accommodating. We were provided a room with multiple beds, which was perfect for our young family, and breakfast was provided in the morning. The bedroom seems to be set apart from the rest of the house, which provided greater privacy. With young kids, who at any moment could require complete silence in order to sleep, or be the source of quite a bit of noise, it's the kind of setup we were looking for. All in all, good accommodations for families.

Our second time at Cindy's place was equally awesome! We got there pretty late (after midnight) and she made sure that we have access into her house. Nice breakfast was waiting for us in the morning. We had another great stay at her place.

Cindy and David made us feel very comfortable and at home in their beautiful and peace filled home. We rested well and had delicious breakfasts each day. The privacy was there and company was only a moment away if we wanted to chat and get to know our hosts. Very lovely stay and I hope to return again someday! Thank you both!

We had a wonderful experience here. Although we weren't able to meet Cindy and her husband they were very flexible and considerate. The breakfast was great and they room was extremely cozy. There was enough parking on the street and we had a private bath room. We definitely recommend!

The hosts were cordial and welcoming. The room provided all the commodities listed in the website. It worked for us as expected.

Jess and Ronnie had everything ready for us when we showed up. We got in a lot later than we hoped but their instructions were very clear and they made it easy for us to get in to our room on our own and without waking anybody up. We came to the area to go to Disneyland and it only took us 5 minutes in the car to get there from their house. The room was cozy and had everything we needed to be comfortable, even more so than a hotel. We met Jess the morning we were leaving and she was very nice and welcoming and wanted to make sure we had a pleasant stay and we did.

Jess & Ronnie's place was perfect. It is exactly as it is pictured in airBnB. I got there late at night so I couldn't wait to get to bed. I fell asleep right away because it felt like I was sleeping in my own home. I was very comfortable there.

I didn't get a chance to meet the hosts as I was just in to sleep but this property and Airbnb is adorable and super comfortable and quiet. I travel a ton for work and I was as comfortable as a 5 star hotel. I plan to be back in 3 months and hope to stay here again if it is available. I got to meet there sweet little dog that came up to greet me in the morning. Hopefully I'll get a chance to meet the hosts if there's a next time. Thanks again!

Adriana's place was a close 10 minutes to Disneyland & super affordable! Perfect spot for a quick Disney trip. Definitely getting the best deal here, especially since communication was easy & the apartment was perfectly clean + modern.

My stay was about five days and from the moment me and my boyfriend parked our car, we knew it was going to be a great stay. The apartment itself was very clean and perfect for two people, possibly even a third for the couch. Clean bathroom, free washer and dryer, and a lot of amenities throughout the complex itself. 40 minutes away from downtown LA (with traffic) and about 5 from Disney! I'm very glad I decided to go with this airbnb and I highly recommend it.

Cute, clean and comfortable place. The courtyard had a nice setup w/ gas fireplace and outdoor couches that was great to sit by in the evening.

Perfect stay. So close to disneyland, we were able to come home for a nap during the day. So great and saved us so we could buy more souvenirs at the park. Would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect loft for a comfortable stay next to Disneyland. Adriana really rolls out the red carpet with a clean, comfy bed... Soaps, shampoos and lotion along with freshly laundered towels in the bathroom... The best, hottest shower you will ever take... A full kitchen to use with a fantastic espresso machine... A washer and dryer... A porch overlooking a quiet courtyard. Minimally decorated, but has everything you need and plenty of space to keep your suitcases and personal items. And a nice TV with Netflix! I felt safe staying here and venturing outside. A 15-20 minute doable walk to Disneyland or Convention Center or a $6 Uber. Would stay here every time over the cheap, dirty hotels in the area.

So I was very skeptical about staying at an apartment. I usually stay in someone's guesthouse. As soon as we arrived, let me tell you. Everything about this Airbnb was amazing. The location was great since we were gonna spend two days at Disneyland. The Airbnb had everything we needed and more. The washer and dryer in the unit was a wonderful touch. There was a lot of restaurants close by, literally down the street. Adriana was easy to contact, she replied almost instantly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was a lovely getaway and I would definitely come here again.

I had a wonderful week in the studio behind Douglas & Chris's home in Santa Ana. I was in town for my (6'6") son's volleyball tournament and he shared the apartment for a few days before joining his team in Anaheim. The studio was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Homemade chocolate chip cookies awaited me on my arrival and they provided extra sheets so I could make up the couch while my son was with me. The location is fabulous: a quiet residential street (with easy parking), very close to the highway for easy access to anywhere, but far enough that you can't see or hear it. On my first morning, I went for a run and discovered a great trail along a creek bed. Shopping is convenient - a Westfield Mall, an outlet mall, Ralph's and local fare such as tacquerias in addition to the usual chains (Starbucks, etc). All in all it was a great week. Chris and Douglas were very friendly and great hosts and if the team plays in Anaheim again, I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from Disney and Chatham nearby (great restaurants and antique shopping). Doug and Chris were very friendly and even made fresh cookies for our arrival! The studio is in excellent condition and well decorated. Highly recommended, can't beat Airbnb prices!

Great studio. Clean. Very accommodating hosts who worked with me even though I had a very late arrival. Provided clean towels and clean bathroom. Air conditioned unit. Comfortable bed. No shampoo/conditioner/body soap provided, so be sure to bring your own.

Doug and Chris' studio apartment is in a beautiful neighborhood with excellent access to everything. You wouldn't even know that you are a one minute drive to the 5 freeway by how nice the neighborhood is. All the homes are interesting and unique and everyone is super friendly. The apartment is really cute! It is so comfortable and offers everything you need, from a great range of TV channels and movies to a little alcove kitchen with lots of trees out your windows to look at. The bathroom is really nice and renovated and they give you lots of plush towels. There's even a hair dryer which is really nice. I stayed here with my daughter and she loved the swing set in the backyard as well as just having a safe place to run around. Their dog Prince is a marshmallow and their family is very kind. I enjoyed our conversations very much. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a couple or a small family.

I appreciated a welcome sign on the gate leading to the cottage and the privacy and safe feeling the location provided. The place was very clean, cute and had all the important amenities to include coffee, milk, juice, fruit, fresh vegetables and yogurt. Bring your own bottled water. I especially appreciated the comfort of the bed, bedding, ceiling fan and air conditioning unit.

We are also Airbnb hosts in the local area and were very happy with our stay. Jaclyn is a wonderful host and the cottage is large and comfortable. The parking was excellent (sometimes hard to find 2 great reserved spaces off the street). Everything was clean and comfortable. The garden and fresh fruit was such a bonus. We'd be very happy to stay again!

I stayed at the Rose Cottage for 4 days. The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is on site parking, and the area is nice and quiet. As mentioned in the description, there is a large yard with a beautiful garden. Guests are encouraged to use the area to relax, and you can pick any vegetables and fruit that are ripe. There are many rose bushes and walkways. It's a very nice area. The interior of the cottage is just as described. It's a very comfortable place to stay, and it was very clean. Upon arrival, there were plenty of snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. I was able to prepare breakfast with the appliances in the unit, and the coffee was very good. Jaclyn was very responsive with all communication, and she answered all questions I had. It's a great place to stay, and I'll be staying again when I'm in the area. If you prefer to stay in a home rather than a hotel, this place is for you!

We enjoyed staying in the rose cottage. We liked the privacy and the lovely garden. When we arrived, there were pastries, orange juice, milk and cereal waiting for us. This made us feel at home right away! Jackie was very nice and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Jaclyn was the perfect host- VERY welcoming and at the same time respecting our privacy. Her place is a hidden gem with a beautiful garden. Everything in the cottage is carefully thought through and there is everything you need. Be it brochures, maps about what to do in the area, or what you need in the kitchen. Wifi worked very well too. It is not far from LA and St Bernadino etc. We can only recommend this place! You even get breakfast in your fridge!

Lysanne and Rick were incredibly wonderful hosts. It was a joy to stay with them and I sincerely wish I could have stayed longer. The bungalow is in a nice quiet neighborhood near to jogging/biking trails, and is an easy few miles from Newport Beach, UC Irvine, or anywhere else you are likely to want to go in the area. The lodgings are simple but comfortable, and with a great backyard and great hosts it never felt even a bit small.

The Bungalow was my ideal place to stay while in Costa Mesa! The bungalow provides a nice, quaint privacy setting. Ray's Airbnb has literally everything you need. Iron, ironing board, refrigerator with free drinks, snacks, washer & dryer, private bathroom with a shower, shampoo & conditioner, plenty of closet space, a super comfy bed, phone chargers, TV with plenty of channels, and fast wifi. I highly recommend this Airbnb to others as Ray has thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

Raymond definitely went the extra mile. He was so friendly and wanted to make sure I was completely taken care of and was completely satisfied.

This place is great, I would definitely recommend. Nice private area in the back of the home, never saw the owners, all of the check in and check out wasn't done through text/phone, which I prefer. Lots of amenities, good air conditioning, and close to the freeways for fast travel. Hidden gem!

Nice place

This was an exceptional stay. I have been to quite a few AirBnB's and this may be the best one. The host thought of everything that someone may want or need during their stay. It is very clean, modern, and organized. They even stock the fridge with drinks, have some oatmeal for the morning, and a coffee maker with single serving coffee. The neighborhood does not feel like the safest, but there were absolutely no problems and I would have no hesitation going back again.

The place was perfect - private with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying at Raymond's to anyone traveling to Pomona/Claremont.

It was a short but an amazing stay in Sue house. We were 5, 3 in the Cozy Cabin, and 2 in the Orange County Room. Sue and her family are very welcoming and helpful, it was a real pleasure to share some times with them. My friends, who came in US for the first time, really enjoy their first experience in California, with so friendly and nice person. It was refreshing and a rewarding experience. Thanks to Jaime (Sue's husband), we got really good advice for the rest of our trip in California. Thank you very very much Sue for this wonderful stay, even if it was short! We will definitely come back here for our next stay in the area!

Sue and Jaime's place is absolutely comfortable! I had to wake Sue up at almost 2am and she was still pleasant. I'd be a total grump if anyone woke me up at 2am. Sue gave us a tour and showed us to our cabin. For some reason, I envisioned the cabin to be a lot smaller, but when we got in, it was quite bigger than I thought. There was a full size bed, and then the two twins up top the loft. It was very clean. There are 3 bathrooms inside the house which is totally awesome! We met Jaime the next morning, and he was great! Sue and Jaime are both great conversationalists! One morning we woke up with 3 wasps in the room, but they seemed calm, even after my friend was tossing things at it. The next time I'm in the Los Angeles, I would definitely love to stay here again, given that they aren't booked!

This was a very fun and private place to stay in. From the beginning, looking at all the options for rent, this stood out to me. And it did not disappoint. There's plenty of room for 2, and room for 4 if you want to really save some money. Our stay was very busy, and both days I wished we had spent more time there to relax, have breakfast, etc. Sue is very friendly, and she has a nice setup for all visitors. The location was nice, and we didn't have any trouble parking in this residential court. I definitely recommend Sue's rooms as a stay for anyone. We just wanted to go to Disneyland which was quite close, but anyone should find this place cozy.

This cabin is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Me and my 2 friends didn't want to leave. Sue and Jaime are the nicest people around. Breakfast in the morning comes with the package too! This place seriously rocks, and I would recommend it to any and everyone.

We had a great experience in the cabin. It was good compared to the price we paid and we really enjoyed Sue and Jamie's company.

Sue and Jaime are really sweet and helpful! Superb hosts made our stay wonderful. They were always giving us tips on traveling and would willingly chat with us about everything and anything! The cabin is cute and cozy with an electric heater so we didn't freeze at night. Sue also taught us how to use the washer and dryer so we could wash our clothes. Their neighborhood is close to many food outlets and Walmart which made grocery shopping very convenient. We'd love to stay there again! Thanks Sue and Jaime :)

House was nice. Not all beds in pictures are actually there. Pool was nice. We only stayed one day and it worked out just fine for us.

This is a great place for groups or large families! The 4 bedrooms fit our group of 8 perfectly. There was more than enough space. There was a ping pong table in the 2nd living room that kept us entertained. This living room also had a really comfy carpet. The first living room had the TV with cable. The house also included wifi. The reservation process was easy and quick. Brian always responded quickly. The key was provided to us through a lock box. Very convenient. There was also ample of parking on the street and the neighborhood seemed safe. The place was 15 mins away from Disney and 5 mins from everything else we needed (in n out, McDonald's, supermarket). Would highly recommend.

GREAT FOR GROUPS and/or LARGE FAMILIES. We were traveling as a group of friends, all with small children (8 adults + 7 under the age of 4), and the house met our needs perfectly! Very clean, tons of space, enough room to park our four cars between the 2 driveways + garage, washer/dryer...we did not take advantage of the pool since we used every ounce of energy at Disneyland. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe (enough to go on a run early in the morning), and it was so quick/easy to get to and from Disneyland. At the last minute our group decided to stay in the area and go to Disneyland an additional day, and we sent Brian a message late at night asking if we could have the house another night. He responded so quickly, which was incredible; the house had been booked by another group for the night we requested, but Brian was able to get us situated into another one of his Disney-area homes with virtually no hassle. He was so helpful & really made our spontaneous change of plans go so smoothly. I would absolutely stay in one of Brian's places again, and this house was just perfect for our group.

My family and I stayed in Brian's Garden Grove home for my graduation weekend and it was such a fantastic experience! The house is spacious which made staying with 6 adults and 3 children not feel crammed at all. We especially loved the communal room with the pin pong table. It gave the children plenty of play space which was great! Also the residence is very close to Disneyland which made for an easy commute to and from there. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's a very pleasant residence in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Brian was amazing for our trip! We were in the area for a sports tournament. The house is lovely and immaculately clean. I had a couple questions that he responded within minutes.. Wouldn't change anything about it.

Good place to stay with a group.

The room was more than we expected. It was very clean, check in was a breeze and the location was very convenient for our concert at the House of Blues. Even though there were guests in the other rooms, we never felt uncomfortable. We really appreciated that there were fans in the room closet and that we had a spot in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again!

By far the BEST Airbnb host I've came across with. You do need to tutor some host, as needing the proper way to run your business. John and his wife by far got it right... I will recommend staying with John at anytime of need.

Very clean and neat place! And very convenient for anyone who wants to visit Disney, just a short drive away.

We stayed at John's house for one night on business. It was exactly what we needed and more. John's house was clean and quiet. We stayed in the master with the bathroom and it had a nice large flat screen tv and clean towels for us to use. The water bottles he left for us were a nice touch. Communication was A+ all the way. From the welcome message with instructions on how to find the place to the instructions in the room on how to access the wifi and tv. The bed was comfy and warm and we had plenty of pillows. Even though we didn't see him at the house, he makes us feel welcome by personalizing our room with our name on the door. There were other guests staying on the same night but they were quiet enough that it took us a while to realize they were there. This was my first time using airbnb and I hope all my stays are as good and easy as this one.

The best thing about John is how quickly he is to reply! He will make sure to answer any questions and make sure you get all the accommodations you need. One time, he even called me to make sure everything was okay ( I had a stat parking question) haha. He is nice. The place is so clean as well! He leaves simple instructions on how to get into the place. Just follow them. The room I stayed in was great! The shower in the bathroom was pretty cool. Bed was super comfty. The TV was awesome as well. I really wanted to use the pool but I didn't get the chance to... but the fact that it was there was nice. This was better than an expensive hotel room, for sure. My boyfriend and I walked to Disneyland, it's a simple route to get there. Just be aware that you might be staying with others. I had the bad luck of stayin with loud young people, it felt like they were running back and forth and laughing loudly around 12am... darn. But john told me about the guests beforehand. And made it clear to all guests of the quiet hours after 10.. so it was just the guest's fault not johns. I'm sure this doesn't happen often! Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay! I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful space. The bathroom was my favorite part of the room bc of the bath tub!! Very very clean and felt like a home away from home.

It was great experience and one of the best one since the room is so clean, and I felt like it was never used. In additon to the room, there are spacious common area. We enjoyed jacuzzi, which helped us to be healed.

Lets start with the fact that this house is immaculately clean and gorgeous. The location is fantastic to reach all the needed activities. There is ample space for large groups and the hostess is very nice, accomodating and she is a fantastic ping pong player. Challenage her if you dare. This place is ideal for families traviling to LA for a vacation.

Overall, nice and clean and met our needs. We were a party of 6 (including 4 teenagers), stayed one night en route touring UC campuses. I was not clear about check-in so had emailed inquiring about the logistics. David, Julie's son immediately replied. Turned out Julie lives in the home. Very accommodating host. So if you do stay here, you need to be ok with sharing the home. There is , however, a second floor, a large loft, with a couch and TV which we made good use of and was much appreciated as we brought in take-out food. Know that towels are not provided and the pool is not maintained for use.

The host was amazing. His mom stays in the master suite downstairs and is the nicest person. We were gonna be out late and she left the back door open for us. The house is amazing and the views are beautiful. I will definently want to stay here whenever I visit LA again.
