Kent Island offers a convenient location to Annapolis, Baltimore, DC, Easton, Chestertown, and St. Michaels. We are just 3 miles from the Bay Bridge and 20 minutes to Annapolis. As lifetime locals, we can recommend things to do/see, places to eat, and provide "insider" tips on how to make the most of your time here on Kent Island!

This house is generally only available to rent Thursdays-Sundays, but if you are interested in dates that include Monday-Wednesday, feel free to shoot us a message to see if we are able to accommodate your stay.
Fully renovated and superior finishes/décor throughout - 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen, & 1 single), 2 full bathrooms, one-level-living home. Beautifully renovated kitchen appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a private walk-in shower that features 2 shower heads, one being a waterfall. Outside, this house features a fully fenced-in backyard surrounded with a 6-foot vinyl privacy fence, a wooden deck, a raised fire-pit, and Adirondack chairs. *Use of the outside grill is not permitted as it is old and finicky*
Our house comfortably sleeps 5 people, but there are 2 couches - 1 being an "L" shaped couch that can potentially sleep 3 additional people. There are extra pillows and blankets if guests would like to sleep on the couches. Additionally, there is enough room for an air mattress - guests are welcome to bring one if they'd like. Please bring any linens you may need for your air mattress.
As this is our primary residence, we have almost everything you could need, including, but not limited to: 3 beds made with fresh sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, garbage bags, cooking & cleaning supplies, dishware, high efficiency dishwasher/washer/dryer, laundry detergent, blow-dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap/razors, a Smart TV’s, Alexa, Wi-Fi, etc. We do not offer cable as we have decided to "cut the cord" and, instead, have Smart TV’s
For safety purposes, we keep our refrigerator & freezer locked and provide guests with a mini-fridge during their stay. .
CHECK IN/OUT: We have a keypad deadbolt, so we will provide you with your unique code for the deadbolt to be able to let yourselves in. The guest handbook along with a complimentary box of toiletries will be sitting on the kitchen island upon your arrival.
Check-in: Anytime after 12PM.
Check-out: 10AM - House to be left in the same condition is was upon arrival. Check-out procedures are listed in the guest manual we provide to you upon check-in.
PETS: Our home is a pet-friendly home to well-behaved animals, and pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Should you wish to bring your pet/pets, please message us with the types/breeds/ages/sizes and we will either accept or deny. There will be a $50/animal Pet Fee if accepted. If accepted, please be sure to pick up after your pets' waste in the backyard with bags we provide. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture.
SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed inside or close to the home. Smoking is to be done at the end of the driveway. Should you rent our home, the personal importance of keeping our home smoke-free is explained further in detail in the guest handbook we provide to you upon check-in. If we find any violation of this rule, we will contact an AirBnB Case Manager and your stay with us will be terminated immediately. Additionally, we will impose a $200 smoking fee. We cannot stress enough how important it is to us to keep our home smoke-free, so please respect our rules.
SURVEILLANCE DEVICE DISCLOSURE: We have a Ring doorbell camera on the front door that records those entering the home to ensure our guests' safety and that our guests have a smooth check-in and out experience. There are no security devices inside of the home.
WELL WATER: Our house (as most houses on Kent Island) has well water. So, we like to give our guests who aren't familiar with well water a heads up that it is completely normal and SAFE to shower/bathe/etc. with it even though it may appear yellow or have a slight odor. We have a brand new water filtration and softener system to help combat these issues common with well water.
Guests will have access to the entire home, except for the attic, outside shed, and certain cabinets/dressers/closets which will be locked as they contain our personal belongings and guests have no use for those items. The front closet is empty and has hangers should you need to hang anything. Room 1 has a 5-drawer dresser that is available for guest use.
