Yours is the Coach House, a 30 metre long conversion to stylish farm house accommodation.
The kitchen/dining room is a vast and modern appointed space with room for everyone and a fantastic Falcon 6 burner three oven range. The kitchen/dining room is heated with an efficient fan forced gas heater, with simple on off operation.
The lounge is complete with leather sofas, smart TV and wood burner heater, wood supplied. Too chilly out... light a fire & snuggle down to watch a movie!
There is a powder room, laundry and full bathroom with spa bath on the ground floor.
Ascend carpeted stairs to the loft floor to find another stand alone shower/toilet bathroom.
The master room has a queen bed, generous walk in wardrobe and its own electric heating.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, its own electric heating, and is inter connecting with the third room.
The third room contains a king or be converted into two king singles upon request, and is independently heated.
**Important - the third room has no private access, that is you walk through bedroom 2 to access bedroom 3.
Outside there are private courtyards, a kitchen garden currently being redeveloped, and direct access to a large in-ground pool with garden furniture, a gas BBQ and shady trees wrapped by decades old hedges.
Vaucluse is set on the banks of the South Esk river, so fishing is possible with a picnic, as is walking and discovering the banks of this beautiful pristine river.

Here's a short summary - Traveling south, we are minutes to Campbell Town, Ross [20 min] and Oatlands [50 mins] these are original Georgian Towns, filled with architectural and experience treats, and they offer unique visitor services and experiences.
East are the beaches of Falmouth, Scamander & Beaumaris, a 70 minute drive delivering some of the east coasts most pristine beach experiences. White sands and beautiful fore shores await for a day on the beach.
90 minutes to the south east is the famed Freycinet National Park, and Wine Glass Bay cruises, an unforgettable, award winning 4 hours cruise through the Freycinet Peninsula to stunning Wine glass bay, one of the planets most beautiful beaches. Lunch is served on board.
Traveling north, [30 min] is Evandale, a heritage listed village, with great pubs, boutique shopping, Sunday markets and is home to several events through out the year, The Penny Farthing Festival, The John Glover- Landscape Art Award, and The Evandale Chamber Music Festival.
Near by to Evandale, is Clarendon House, a National Trust property open to the public. It is the largest Georgian Residence in the southern Hemisphere and is also home to the Australian Fly fishing Museum, set upon the banks of the plentiful South Esk river.
Vineyard touring and tasting is an hour away to the Tamar Valley region where excellence in variety and vintage can be experienced with great restaurant options. The well known Josef Chromy winery is 40 minutes away and offers great lunch dining.
Traveling west is Longford for good shopping and antiques, near by is the jointly awarded Woolmers and Brickendon Estates, as part of the Australian convict sites World Heritage listing. In this region there are food experiences such as cheese makers, truffle growers, salmon, wasabi & hazelnut farms.
Directly north of Vaucluse [40 minutes] is Launceston and its airport.
Traveling west 80 minutes is the Great Western Tiers & Great Lake conservation areas in World Heritage Tasmanian Wilderness. Explore the highlands, Its stunning lakes and Cradle Mountain from here.
50 minutes north east from Vaucluse is the Ben Lomond National Park, an Alpine plateau at over 1500 metres high where rock climbing, alpine walking, cross country & down hill skiing are highlights.
