Sandy's was what AirBnB's should be: a home away from home. It was comfortable and cozy. Though we had a quick overnight stay, we enjoyed being there and would come back if ever in the area.

Had a very enjoyable stay here. The duplex has charming rooms, and is very well-located for exploring Mt. Greylock. Our host Sandy was very attentive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Despite the fact that Liz's house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my nine friends and myself for the weekend, she was extremely unenjoyable to work with. Prior to our arrival, Liz was helpful and answered all questions quickly, but during our stay her attitude completely changed. She sent neighbors and family members to the house to check up on us and made false accusations about how many of us stayed at the house. She attempted to charge for extra visitors she “thought” stayed at the house. I rented the house for the weekend and Liz had people check up on us during our stay which made our group feel very uncomfortable and was a violation of our privacy. Liz caused us a great deal of unnecessary stress during the weekend and post trip; I regret booking with her and would not recommend others to do the same.

The perfect Berkshires getaway. A long driveway helps make the property very private and secluded from neighbors. House was spacious although we spent most of the time on the deck or yard. Would definitely recommend for either a quiet family getaway or a small weekend party.

We came to Liz's house for a ski trip with friends. She was super accommodating and the house easily fit all 8 of us. It was secluded, we enjoyed being on our own and not being concerned about neighbors. The atmosphere for those three days was like that of our own home, and for that we couldn't thank her enough.

The house is secluded and is close to grocery stores. We had a good time in the house which was comfortable.

Libby is literally amazing. Her place is spacious and fit our group of 12 no problem. She even offered up her air mattresses for us. Her home is absolutely gorgeous and she does such a good job of cleaning it clean. Multiple members of our group (myself included) are allergic to cats but we didn't have any flare ups whatsoever. The grill worked perfectly, the firepit was awesome, there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking, and the location was ideal for many outdoor adventures. Libby offers great recommendations too and is so laid back. I would love to stay here again in the future if I ever make another trip to the Berkshires!

The hostess was great. She communicate well and was very accommodating. She helped us through some minor hiccups (a temporarily closed road and some issues with the backyard grill). The home was cleaned before our arrival, and the surrounding grounds were groomed. The hostess check in with us from time to time to ensure everything was fine. The property, a rural home in the Berkshires, was consistent with what was described. The photos were accurate. We had plenty of room to enjoy a family weekend. The basement was a bit too "musky" to sleep in. Otherwise, no complaints. Everyone was comfortable. Taken together, we had a nice time.

Big and cozy for a family of six. Wood stove and pool table was a lot of fun and scenic view is gorgeous! Very communicative. Would definitely go back for a visit.

The house is beautiful - quaint and comfortable with a side porch where you can rock away and look at the mountains in the distance. The beds were super and house was well stocked with sheets, towels, kitchen items, everything you could need for your stay. Katherine was wonderfully responsive (we had a beeping smoke detector that needed a new battery), and early takes her role as host seriously. We loved the house and will definitely stay again!

This place was super convenient for our stay in the Berkshires. It was very easy to get to North Adams as well as more southern destinations like Lenox. Communications were very smooth. The house was nice to come home to at the end of the day.

Lisa's place was very convenient for our trip to Mass Moca and to tour around North Adams. It was clean, comfortable and easy to find, and Lisa made the process super easy! Would definitely stay there again.

This rental is in a great location. Extremely convenient for accessing both the Ashuwilticook Rail Trail and the hiking trails in the area. The home was nice and clean and easy to find. Lisa was extremely easy to work with. Definitely recommend this spot if you're visiting the area.

Lisa's place is on a quiet little lane which is a nice little respite after lots of art viewing at MassMOCA or The Clark Museum. It's clean, well kept and simple. Adams has some great little spots to explore - The Grind was an awesome local dinner with good breakfast. I'll be back next time I need an art vacation.

Lisa's place let's you have an entire house to yourself during your vacation with all the basics you need to come home and relax. She was very responsive and check in was easy. Will stay again and definitely would recommend to friends.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Lisa's! Check in with really smooth, the house was super clean, and she had towels and snacks waiting for us. We had asked her in advance for suggestions of places to eat, hike, and swim, and she provided great local advice that made our weekend smooth and fun.

We stayed at Judith's place while in town to attend an event at MassMOCA. It was a perfect location for getting into town easily by car (about 10 minutes). She was very friendly and offered suggestions about things to see/do in the area. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others!

Stayed at Judith's while we attended Freshgrass at MassMOCA in North Adams. Everything worked out great. We had the privacy of having our own apartment, yet Judith was available if we needed anything, or wanted to know more about the area. The apartment was beautiful, interesting, fun (loved the art and decor), clean, and comfortable, and she was such an accommodating, wonderful hostess. We would love to come back!

My 15-year old son and I traveled to Adams in search of adventure, and Judith's apartment was a wonderful base. She graciously loaned my son a bike and we rode almost all of the 11.2 mile Ashuwillticook Trail, which is well-maintained and has minimal street crossings. She also got us a library pass to the Susan B. Anthony Birthplace Museum, which is worth a visit. After that, we had ice cream at the local Rainbow Shack (yum!) and went to MASS MoCA in North Adams. The next day, we went to Lanesborough to do the high ropes adventure course at Ramblewild and play putt putt at Baker's Golf Center. Judith's apartment is very clean, and she is a font of knowledge about the mill town history of Adams. She showed me the entrance to a 1:20 hike to the summit of Mt. Greylock, but we ran out of time. Next year...

Judith is truly a wonderful host. Her upstairs apartment is just lovely. It was super clean, has been carefully decorated, and was really comfy. We had a slight change in our plans, and Judith was very accommodating. She gave us some excellent recommendations for places to eat in Adams, and even went through the trouble of picking up some MOCA passes! We didn't end up using the museum passes, but it was very nice to have the option. I stayed here with 2 friends, and we hope to go back at some point in the future.

This apartment is incredibly clean and Judy clearly cares about making this a nice space with comforts of home. The two bedrooms are nicely spaced from each other in opposite areas of the apt. and light shines in from all sides. This is a quiet residential neighborhood in Adams, but close enough to town to walk along the rail trail (in the snow!) to get breakfast (about a 15 minute walk). Overall, a nice stay. Judy is a friendly, helpful person.

I really enjoyed my stay at Yishan's. It was a peaceful quiet atmosphere with a wonderful view from the deck.

Nice place as advertised. The mapped location is incorrect, so this is not in the town center but up a hill above the town. Not a big problem, but not walkable so make sure you have a car.

Ann-Marie was a most generous and considerate host. We had everything we needed during our stay, which couldn't have been more comfortable. The rambling, historic farmhouse in Adams was perfect for us -- lots of room, a beautiful setting, and central to the various places we toured -- Williamstown, Bennington, North Adams, Pittsfield, Lenox, Stockbridge, Amherst. We will remember our stay with great fondness and appreciation.

We wish we could have stayed longer at this beautiful and unique place! Gorgeous, spacious, homey and comfortable house that came extremely well stocked - plus situated on a beautiful farm with a cute farm stand! Ann-Marie was responsive, welcoming and an all around great host. The location was very prime, 15 minutes or less drive to downtown North Adams, MCLA, Mass MoCA, etc. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Plenty of room . A bit rustic but it added to the charm. Reminded me of spending time at Grandma's house. Was very comfortable and cozy.

First off, Ann-Marie was easy to communicate with, timely, and greeted us when we arrived. She even set up the place like a B&B, with tons of breakfast and lunch foods, drinks, etc. It was really over the top and nice! The place is literally in a farmhouse, next to a farm, and they have a farm stand right out back. Although old, that's what made it special and unique. We highly recommend staying here if you are taking a quick trip into Western MA, or MASS MoCA. It's so close to downtown North Adams!

Peter was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This was a great place to crash after visiting MassMoCa.

Peter's home is located right in the center of the town. We enjoyed the real American home setting. The house has two bedrooms and a lounge and a kitchen, which has the old style charm. Although you don't have fancy TV or media devices, you have a good high speed WIFI connection. If you want a quiet, relaxing stay with traditional charm, Peter' home is the right choice.

Peter is a nice person and was pretty responsive with check-in questions. It was very easy to check-in. It is a outdated place which dust around . There were moths flying around. Old house odors were prominent. I was not angry at all after finding all this with a 9 months old baby at a memorial day weekend evening , only because Peter is a very nice person.

The apartment has potential for being sweet -- But.... Shower mechanism broken -- could not operate shower even after calling and discussing with host.(Handle or knob missing from toothpick shaped pin to "pull for shower" per host's verbal instruction after I called.) I was utterly unable to pull the pin far enough out. Host offered a vice grip(!) but that was not practical as I would have had to leave the apartment to find it -- and I was already undressed for what I expected to be a quick shower on way to funeral. Bathroom was not cleaned at all since prior use. I had splurged to pay for a "private" space -- not shared -- so the unclean bathroom was upsetting. I would have cleaned it myself, but there was no windex and the spray household cleanser I found was a strong bleach chemical which I didn't want to handle. The host made very kind comments when I mentioned I was traveling for a funeral of very close family member -- I really appreciated that. But, was terribly difficult to book due to host's extra ID requirement. I have ID, but getting a copy of it to Airbnb at the 11th hour due to host's extra requirement took a lot of time and was very frustrating -- but when I contacted the host directly, he was responsive and approved my booking. The layout and furniture are comfortable. Nice clean sheets (but old towels -- ok, but not great) Host left a bottle of Prosceco (sp?) in the fridge, which was a nice touch. Space just needs minor (but important) repairs and signage. And needs professional housekeeping between guests. Beware if you have allergies or sensitivities to mold or similar issues. Got used to the smell after an hour, but it hit hard on entering. Not a problem for some people. but could be huge for others. Location is close to many other houses on a small residential street near downtown. Despite reference to "Berkshires" in the listing title, you do not see any mountains from this bnb. My mistake to think I would, but.... Hoping problems will be fixed before someone else books for the next reservation. Host apologized for the unclean bathroom, but did not apologize for the inadequate plumbing fixtures, which baffled me. Apparently, host feels that everyone should have fingers as strong as a vice grip, but I don't. Lack of an easily functional shower was huge problem for me.

Kelly was a gracious, friendly host. She's very welcoming and low key. Her cozy room is pretty spacious -- more so than we expected, which was a pleasant plus. He home truly does have a spectacular view. It's well situated in a quiet neighborhood that's still very convenient to all the important attractions of the area.

Between the music festival and the floating bed, we rocked non-stop all weekend! The inn was the perfect home during our weekend at Solid Sound music fest at Mass MoCA. After long days of music and rain on our feet and on the lawn, the beautiful jacuzzi and organic products were the perfect way to decompress and relax. The bed was so special and unique, gently rocking us all night long. The whole place is so beautiful and we are so grateful to Nana for reaching out when she had a cancellation. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to make great vegan breakfasts for us. Can't wait to go back and will recommend to anyone.

We loved staying with Heather for the Solid Sound Festival. The house is roomy, Heather's a generous spirit and a great host, and the property is incredibly pretty. See you again next Solid Sound!

Rachel was an absolutely fantastic host and we could not have asked for more. She went above and beyond to add lots of homey touches, extra toiletries, etc that made us feel right at home the moment we arrived at this very cute little house! Rachel was super communicative the whole time from when we first inquired about the place, through the booking process, and all the way through our arrival, stay, and departure; she always responded to messages insanely fast! The home itself was very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view, but still just a short drive away from downtown, which is exactly what we were looking for on our weekend getaway. We loved that she made her Amazon and Netflix titles available to us and enjoyed a quiet night in watching tv/movies our first night there. The listing advertises that it is kid-friendly, and although we were just a young couple staying and don't have kids, I would say that it is definitely a great place to stay if you do. This was our first time vacationing as a couple and we were absolutely blown away by our airbnb experience. Thank you so much, Rachel, for your kindness and hospitality!

This is a lovely, clean house. The lake is a short walk away. It's a very short drive into town for Mass MoCA, the town library (a mansion that was once a private home), the supermarket. There's good summer theater in the area. Nearby Mt. Greylock (the highest mountain in the state) has several different levels where you can park your car and begin your climb. We reserved for five days but extended our stay for a week. We'd gladly stay here again.

James's place is in the perfect location for exploring North Adams - walkable to MassMoca and the surrounding town, plus a quick drive to the Clark. The house is lovely - just by the lake, plenty of room, all the simple amenities we needed, and James was very responsive. It was all a breeze!

We had the best time! We started our search off looking for a place to stay after a day of hiking. Once we pulled up, we changed our day's plans to have more time to spend in the beautiful setting. The views were great, everything we could have needed was provided by Beverly, and the RV was just the right size. We had so much fun enjoying good company in a simple and beautiful location. What a relaxing getaway. Perfect!

This was the perfect little spot to get away while still being close to town. The RV is wonderful for two people, clean and well organized, and the setting is beautiful. Beverly was really communicative, she made check in/out super easy. There were little touches, too, like s'mores ingredients for the fire and some snacks in the fridge which I really appreciated (especially after a long drive). I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a very nice stay at the RV. It was secluded yet MassMOCA and all of downtown North Adams is right around the corner. Bed and Gary provided many essentials we forgot to,pack and then some; very thoughtful hosts. A sweet little getaway spot!

My husband and I stayed in Beverly and Gary's camper over a lovely sunny weekend and had a wonderful time. The camper is parked on the edge of the woods, we walked some of the trail (steep on the first bit up but really lovely), even some gentle waterfalls on a stream on one part! The camper itself came equipped with everything we could possibly need and Beverly and Gary were so helpful and attentive getting us settled in, then left us alone to enjoy! We had a fire outside and watched the stars, but were also able to get into town in just a couple minutes. Best of both worlds!

We had anamzing time staying at the RV. The hosts were very accommodating, we especially appreciated the cheese and crackers. The view was so perfect we changed our plans to enjoy the scene, before heading into town. The only compliant is that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the hiking trail.

Jason's place was immaculate and very convenient to Mass MOCA and downtown North Adams. Communication was easy and all inquiries were promptly responded to.
