Neutral colours, calm peaceful feel, blackout blinds. Lock on door. Share with me (unless traveling) and one other nice long or short term guest in the 2nd bedroom (very occasionally 2). I am temporarily doing a little work on kitchen, all rooms fully functional. A few extra things stood around.
