Donegal was voted the "Coolest place on the planet’ by National Geographic. Our stone cottage is a restored farm building ( circa 1852 ), it is part of our home property, close to the main house. The restoration has a modern touch with tranquil decor. Our property is primate and secluded, in the countryside of rich farmlands of Donegal. Beltany Circle is 5 minutes walk and the historic village of Raphoe makes this the ideal location from which to explore the magic of ‘coolest Donegal’

This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Recent refurbed cottage to a very modern high standard. Rural setting but central to all of Inishowen. Mary Carpenter's Cottage is a beautifully restored original thatched cottage located in Clonmany Co. Donegal. This house is over 150 years old and has been tastefully renovated to include its beautiful original features alongside modern conveniences. The house has recently been featured in a documentary on vernacular houses in Co. Donegal.
