The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. A perfect ski rental! The free bus is 30 yards from the condo ski locker to drop you at the gondola. Get your gear on at the condo, and go. You are a minute walk from a grocery store, liquor store. It is a comfortable, stocked home, and children are welcome. Location is a bonus, combined with the comfort of the living space, plus a sizable sunny deck. This is an easy way to have ample parking, access all of town via bus, ski/mt bike, visit hot springs and enjoy this nice home. Mountain views.
