• Check-in time is 3PM. (If agreed otherwise please arrive on the agreed time )
• Check out time is 11AM.
Please ensure you switch the lights off when not in the particular room and especially all lights off when you are out of the property. In addition ensure you lock the apartment door using the key at all times.
If lights are found left on and the door unlocked when guests aren't in flat, the Host holds the right to request the deposit to be held.
Please ensure that the property is respected to the maximum. Avoid losing out on the security deposit, it's never nice to. Losing a key will result in a £20 replacement charge. Losing a fob or garage key will result in a £40 replacement charge.
***Smoking is not permitted in the apartment apart from the outdoor balcony. If the smoke alarm goes off the concierge can impose a £1000 pound fine or the person at fault and in addition the security deposit will be held for breaching the house rules***

The tenancy agreement for your stay at this apartment is in line with the Leasehold agreement of myself and the management company that owns/manages Skyline! You are considered a tenant during your stay at the apartment and you are required to follow those guidelines appearing on the deed you sign for staying at the property. These include respecting communal areas , noise levels and ensuring safety procedures are followed!
