Jason is a fantastic host! His house was spotless and new. The beds were super comfy and the bed linnens so nice that we slept like kings. The kitchen was very well equipped and had many condiments ready to use. All the appliances were new, including washer and drier. The beach gear, including chairs, towels, some toys, cooler bags were for us to use. There was no cable tv, but we really did not need it. The wifi worked very well, though. The house was located in the quiet, developing neighborhood. It is literally 10 minute drive from the airport, but 20-25 minute drive from the nicest beach in Provo, Grace Bay beach. You have to drive on the dirt road fid about a mile to get to thd house, but it was smoothed out tecently so it is not bad at all. We put a lot of miles driving everyday to this beach. This beach was rated as number one beach in the world and the water color and the cool, silky sand is amazing. We never went to the more secluded beeches Jason recommended that were closer to the house since we have found the perfect spot on the Grace Bay beach east of Club Med that had almost no people. We did not do any of the water activities like snorkling or sailing. We just stayed on the beach, swam and played some beech games, and were happy. The first 2 days the weather was perfect, but it became stormy and rainy for the next 4 days. We still were going to the beach, though. We have been to many great restaurants: Mr Grouper's, Kalooki's, Conch Shack, but our favorite was Turks Kabob! You have to be prepared to spend $15-20 per person when you dine out in the less expensive places. We were buying groceries in the IGA on Leeward Hwy, but were only eating breakfasts at home. Jason's house is in a safe, but remote area and you need to have a car since you will be driving a lot. If you do not mind it, this is a perfect vacation house.
