Crêve-lune is a huge 300m2 family chalet lovingly renovated with traditional stones and wood material but designed with large and modern luxury rooms.
The chalet is fully equipped with WIFI internet access, home entertainment system, large open kitchen and an island bar hiding a wine cellar for a well-deserved 'apres-ski'!
The dining room and its big terrasse look out over the valley giving stunning views at breakfast with the rising sun whereas the opposite balcony catches the last setting sun rays while overlooking 'Creve-tête'.
Crêve-lune is located in the beautiful village of Villarly and it is just a 100-meter walk away from a charming local restaurant-bar providing fresh bread in the morning.
St Martin De Belleville is located next to Les Menuires and Val Thorens in the Trois Vallées, all linked to Meribel & Courchevel famous ski stations. Driving to the Saint Martin free car park takes only 10mn and it is located right next to the starting gondola, ski passes and rental shops. Val Thorens is usually open till mid-may and can be accessed also directly by car (25mn drive) for people enjoying the late and warmer ski season!
The Trois Valles is the largest and one of the best-known ski areas in the world. Not only does it have great expanses of skiing, but also a well linked modern lift system, spectacular views, memorable restaurants and plenty of snow cannons just in case… All the activities you would expect from world-class ski resorts are available.

For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. Property: The property is located at:

73440 Saint Jean de Belleville
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of the following persons:

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons. An additional charge per person per night for extra guests will be assessed.

4. Terms of the Lease: The lease begins at 4.00 p.m. on Saturday (the “Check-in Date") and ends at 10.00 a.m. on Saturday (the “Checkout Date").

5. Minimum Stay: This property requires a week minimum stay. If a rental is taken for less than a week, the guest will be charged the full weekly rate.

6. Rental Rules: Guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property. Any extra guests permitted to visit the property will also be required to abide by the chalet rules at all times while at the property.

7. Access: Guests shall allow the homeowner and the cleaning staff access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

8. Rental Rate and Fees

a. The chalet is a rented self-catered property on an exclusive basis. The prices stated are for the rental of the chalet for a period of seven days.

b. Deposit: A deposit of €750 is due on the Check-In Date.

The deposit is for security and shall be refunded on the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:

i. damage to the property or furnishings;

ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or

iii. any other cost incurred from the Guest's stay.

9. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations by the Client:

All cancellations must be made in writing by the Group Leader. The following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellations by Chalet Crêve-Lune:

Chalet Crêve-Lune reserves the right to cancel your holiday without refund as a result of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control which include but are not limited to force majeure, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, acts of government, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, closure of ports & airports or similar events.

10. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveller insurance.

11. Payment: Acceptable payment methods are personal bank transfer or cash.

Rental Rules

1. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the chalet.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person visiting the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming all risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

6. Pets are NOT allowed.

7. Parking: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas within the property only.

8. Housekeeping: Linen and bath towels are included in the chalet. We do not permit towels or linen to be taken from the chalet.

9. Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood burning stove. Please do not throw any unusual paper or other combustible materials.

10. Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages.

11. Outdoor Shoes: It is important that outdoor and skiing shoes remain downstairs. Shoes are strictly forbidden on the wooden and carpeted areas.

12. Lost and Stolen Property: In the event that guests loose or leave items in the chalet, no responsibility will be accepted if the property is not recovered or returned. Chalet Crêve-Lune cannot accept any responsibility for theft either from the chalet or at any other time during your holiday. Any client not properly securing the chalet upon leaving will be held liable for any property taken as a result of that negligence.


1. Please take a shower before using the jacuzzi
2. Please always reinstall the circular cover after using the jacuzzi
3. Use the jacuzzi when others are present.
4. Children should use the jacuzzi only with adult permission and supervision.
5. Do not stay in the jacuzzi for extended periods of time. Cool down,
take a shower, relax, then return for another stay in the jacuzzi.
6. Do not use any electric appliance, such as a light, telephone or radio
within 5 feet from the jacuzzi.
7. Alcohol consumption before or during jacuzzi usage should be totally
avoided: it can cause jacuzzi users to lose consciousness and drown.
8. Individuals using prescription medication(s) should check with their
physician before using the jacuzzi as well as individuals suffering
cardiac medical conditions such as heart disease, blood pressure and
circulatory system problems or diabetes.
9. Pregnant women can use the jacuzzi only for short periods - 15 to 20
minutes at a time. Higher water temperature may cause injury
to the unborn child.

This is a great place for 2 families going on ski holidays together. Parents will enjoy the large space and various (bath)rooms whilst kids will enjoy entertainment options: jacuzzi, snooker, professional babyfoot, video room, ... Hosts were great and all went very went. The chalet is 15 minutes by car from Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and 30 min from Les Menuires. Parking for 3 cars is available on site which is very convenient. The chalet is located within the village and a bakery service is offered by the local shop. I do recommend this location very much.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Le chalet est super et nous avons bien profité du Jaccuzi. Le soir détente autour du billard et du babyfoot... De plus la distance pour rejoindre les pistes est tout à fait acceptable (10mn) et nous n'avons eu aucun soucis pour nous garer sur le parking au pied des pistes. Et quel plaisir de profiter du Jacuzzi après une journée sur les pistes. Enfin nous avons été très très bien accueilli. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Fantastic Chalet! If you are looking for ski in/out or walking distance from the restaurants/bars then this Chalet is not for you. However.... if you are looking for a huge family friendly amazing chalet with fantastic facilities then this chalet is highly recommended. The chalet is hugely spacious, has separate TV/games room, a separate billiards room and accommodation on 3 floors so is great for large groups, families and friends. Lots of modern facilities which the children loved - table football, billiard table, games console, etc. The chalet is located in a small village with a small restaurant/bar within a 2 min walk for morning bread and evening pizzas. For skiing Sain Martin de Belleville is a 10min drive and Val Thorens itself a 25min drive so ideally located to explore the whole 3 Valleys region. Great host, easy check in and a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended!

Wij ( 2 gezinnen met kinderen ) hebben hier een fantastische vakantie gehad Zeer ruime chalet Kinderen vonden de pooltafel en de jacuzzi de max Volledig uitgeruste keuken Op slechts 10 km van de skipistes Bakker op wandelafstand

Malgré les conditions d annulation strictes qui ont failli me mettre ds une sacré panade, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Maison conforme a la description, et le plaisir du bain finlandais après les pistes....
