This is a great place to stay in Princeville. We stayed 5 nights, the room is a good size, the deck is a nice area to relax. Some reviews talked about cleanliness and seeing mold, we didn't really notice that and overall thought it was pretty clean. Penny gives awesome local info…

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Helen / Penny made us feel comfortable and offered ideas and information. The place was quite acceptable for two but might be a little bit cramped for 3. We had a great time though and would recommend this place to anyone.

Penny's place was in a wonderful location and includes everything you need for a wonderful stay. I thought it was so awesome she includes snorkling gear, beach chairs, beach towels even a bag/cooler. Our beach trips wouldnt have been so awesome without it all. She also gave us wo…

The bed is very comfy, parking was a bit of a problem. Hard to find parking after 7 pm. She had no dishes or utensils but other than that it was ok. Not very big, just a bed and a bathroom, no ac. If you’re planning to spend time indoors then it’s not the right place for you.

It was very nice having you. You were very clean and quiet guests. Just to let you know, I do have dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, and wine glasses. They are in the cabinet out on the lanai next to the induction hot plate. I am sorry you did not find them. I would have been happy to show them to you had you asked. Condo in a great north end location. Helen is super helpful with information about sites, things to do, and weather issues. Condo was nothing fancy, but had everything you need.
