Mill conversion situated by the canal, within crawling distance from Hebden Bridge station, park and village.
Third floor bedroom, own bathroom and lounge provides privacy, space and spectacular views from the private, South-facing balcony over the river
- beautiful, quiet spot, overlooking woodland.
Transport (bus/train station) on the doorstep.
Location, location, location. If you're looking to explore the area - it's perfect for culture, walking and very easily heading further afield with bus or train on your doorstep.

As well as your bedroom, you've got the third floor all to yourself - own bathroom, spacious lounge, telly and all the cheesy 80's cd's/VHS you can squeeze in when you're not out or on the balcony terrace.
We'll usually have breakfast together in the kitchen, but you're also welcome to use all the usual facilities - fridge, ironing board etc, if needed.
Unusually, there's parking and you're a 5 minute walk into town or to the station for trains or buses.
There's also a large decking area and garden to the front (see pics) and its South facing - I've been known to sit out for breakfast even in the winter!

I'll be happy to offer advice on where's good or leave you to enjoy your stay. If you need any help with plans, I aim to keep abreast of what's happening locally.
No smoking please (even on the balcony) and leave the walking gear/shoes downstairs.
You're welcome to use the music system, but please don't blast it out too loud or late.
Home after midnight? If you're chilling in the upstairs lounge, enjoy - that's what it's there for, but please close the door.
Out on the balcony? Again, if it's late, please be considerate to my neighbour's by keeping noise to a minimum.
I caught the travel bug young and have been lucky enough to see lots of wonderful places all over the world. The idea of Airbnb is just genius and I only wish it had been around whenI was a little younger and I'd have got to see even more of the places I've visited. I'm really enjoying hosting and just need to get more miles in as a fellow guest.
Hebden is a great place to live - great people, a vibrant town, with lots to do and the best little club in walking distance - The Trades. With regular trains on my doorstep, I also keep up my social and family circles in Leeds and Manchester, where I've previously lived and worked.
Holidays are usually as often as I can afford. Favourite destination in recent times - exploring the Croatian coast - something for everyone.
I'm loving sharing my home with those who seek out the beauty of my lovely town and it's unique vibe, everyone who stays wants to come back!
