Your neighbors here are the seals, otters, sea lions, dolphins, whales, seabirds, and Monarch butterflies that live in the butterfly sanctuary across the street.

This well-furnished two-story, 3BR/2BA home features 2260 square feet of living space. The upper level features a large great room with open floor plan offering fabulous park and ocean views. Large windows provide lots of light, while the trees surrounding Lighthouse Field will provide a bit of shade on warmer days.

The open kitchen is surrounded by windows and features stainless steel appliances. There's seating for four at the kitchen bar, and a glass dining table seats six more. It's a great space for planning your adventures or relaxing after a fun-packed day.

The expansive, luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed offers its own private living area with sunrise views across the bay. Read or relax with your morning coffee on the comfy bedside sofa. A nearby bathroom provides a full bathroom boasting a walk-in shower.

Outdoor space is ample at this Santa Cruz coastal home. An upstairs deck is perched off the living room and a large private backyard patio is perfect for a barbeque or evening of wine and cheese. After a day of adventure, unwind in the six-person hot tub.

The lower level of the home offers two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a bonus room with a sofa bed.

One block from the surfer statue and the magic of Cypress Point, this spacious home is the closest house to Lighthouse Beach and the world-famous surf breaks of Steamer Lane. It is also an easy walk to Cowell's, hailed as the best place to learn to surf in North America!

Enjoy a leisurely 15-minute walk to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk -- one of dozens of beaches in the local area. Relax on the sand or play arcade games, and then stroll down Santa Cruz Wharf for seafood restaurants and beach shops. Soak in a sunset stroll along the cliff path back to this great vacation home
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. Street parking is available on Eucalyptus Ave. Please refer to street signs, as there are some zones where overnight parking is not allowed. Overnight street parking is allowed on Pelton Ave, but only the side of the street the home is on. Additional street parking is available on Lighthouse Ave just around the block from the home. There is also one parking spot available inside the garage (left side). The garage is opened via a switch on the wall inside the garage near the door leading to the downstairs hallway.Please note the homeowner leaves a car parked on one side of the garage.
