Composed of two new-build townhomes located next door to one another, this 4BR/2.5BA vacation rental presents the perfect year-round getaway. Each townhome has an almost identical interior with luxe furnishings, new appliances, and smart TVs.

With a prime East Nashville location, enjoy leisurely strolls to attractions in Five Points and Historic Edgefield. Downtown is under 10 minutes away.

Each townhome offers a welcoming living area with a smart TV and sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

Find an immaculate kitchen in each townhome, both equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.

The two dining areas accommodate a total of 16.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
