With regards to bugs etc., we try our best to eliminate them as much we can, we spray insect killers after cleaning and hours before guests arrive. Cleaning fee is charged once, which is for the housekeeper who cleans the place AFTER your stay, maintaining cleanliness during the stay is for guests to upkeep. With regards to wifi password, details were posted in the airbnb listing page, which would be visible after booking, also, it is written on a visible yellow sticky note attached to the fridge. Cellphone signal is available in the living area near the window. Towels are also available upon request only because some guests tend to forget that they’re not for free to take home. I was not able to assist you on your checkout since you went out by 5am and did not give me any signal that you’re leaving, you even left the place unlocked with the main door wide open and all lights switched on. Thanks to a good beighboorhood and Henjie, our dog, who guards the house, nothing was stolen despite what happened.
