This three-story home features a lovely outdoor space, complete with amazing mountain views, a gas grill, and alfresco dining. The stylish interior provides a cozy place to relax after days spent exploring.

Unwind for movie nights in the open-concept living area, detailed with wood floors and new furnishings. The pristine kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample cookware to create your favorite meals. Remote working is made easy at the desk in the loft-style bedroom. Added perks include board games, children’s games, and free WiFi.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Guests are allowed to park anywhere in the parking lot - no assigned spaces. Vehicles may be parked in designated parking areas. Observe the no parking signs and reserved/disabled parking spaces. The parking of trailers is not allowed, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
