A perfect example of modern mountain architecture, this stunning home is mere steps from the lifts located on one of only 19 lots in the Canyons Village Aspen Creek Crossing community. A free shuttle will come to your driveway if you would rather ride, and take you to the steps of the lift! Everything in this home has the mountains in mind, as each expansive window gives you an uninterrupted view of the mountains which will make you want to slip into your ski or snowboard gear and rip fresh powder all day long. With 4,300 square feet of pure luxury, you and your guests will be able to spread out between four lovely bedrooms and two levels which will give everyone their own peace and privacy when need be. After long days of adventure, everyone will be spoiled when they kick back on the high-end restoration hardware leather furnishings in front of the warmth of the fire. Plus, the chef of the group will be in paradise with all of the top-notch appliances found in the gourmet kitchen including a Wolf gas range, double ovens, a SubZero refrigerator, and gorgeous quartz counters. Dine with loved ones at the adjacent circular dining table or step out to the expansive deck to breathe in the fresh air with an alfresco dining experience. There will be no dull moments at home base with the game room just waiting to host some friendly competition as well. Take your pick of air hockey, pool, and ping-pong!

When it is time to settle in for the night, everyone can gather in the great room for a movie night or really spoil themselves with a relaxing sauna session. Sleep soundly in your own space, as there are four different bedrooms to choose from The main bedroom features a king bed, a cozy fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and resort views. The private bathroom offers dual sinks, a tile steam shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second main suite offers a king bed and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a tile shower with dual showerheads. This bedroom also has access to the private deck on the front of the home, with terrific views. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds, along with a private bathroom featuring dual sinks and a tile shower. The fourth “bunk room” will be a hit for the kiddos with three-tiered twin beds with access to a full bathroom offering an oversized tile shower with dual showerheads. More sleeping space can be found on the queen sleeper sofa in the den.

- 4WD is not required as the road and house are always plowed.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 3 vehicles. Garage has room for one vehicle. Driveway can accommodate two extra vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: The Canyons has a shuttle and the City Wide Bus is located a few blocks away to anywhere in Park City.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
