Located only a 2-minute drive away from Downtown Oranjestad's highlights, but also a short drive away from different beautiful beaches including the popular Eagle Beach and the Palm Beach strip only a short 10 minute drive away. This apartment is the perfect escape for those traveling in two's with busy itineraries looking to recharge after exploring all that Aruba has to offer, small families, and also for the up-and-down business traveler looking for a good night's rest in between hectic business days. The Salomon Building is located in the heart of Downtown Oranjestad, where you will find a little bit of everything to enjoy. From delicious restaurants delighting your tastebuds with one-of-a-kind island flavors all the way to the shopping scene for you to enjoy some shopping in 'Caya Grandi' and the Renaissance Mall. The apartment is also a 10-minute drive away from Queen Beatrix International Airport. The closest grocery store is a 2-minute drive away by car from the apartment. And when it's time to hit the beach, there's no rush because your apartment is located a 10 minute drive away from different beautiful beaches including Eagle Beach! Don't forget to grab your beach towel, beach chairs and cooler!

My name is Roxanne and I started hosting in late 2019. Together with my husband, we own various properties and I decided to open these up for rental. My husband owns a construction company and an upholstery company, so it was easy to covert houses, fixer-uppers, and more into vacation rental properties, as we do everything in-house ourselves. From building kitchen cabinets, pools, making our own mattresses, and having the right employee for the right job such as maintenance, plumbing, and more, we knew we had all the tools in hand, and in-house, to provide an excellent service to our Guests, in case needed. From hereon I opened up my own property management Summer Sky.

It is a growing baby of mine.

As we grew rapidly, I decided to join forces with my best friend Bettina, owner of her own property E Cas di Zoe, who has extensive years of experience in the hospitality world and managing properties. Bettina brings over 30 years of experience to the table. And together we form the happy duo of Summer Sky Property Management.

Our vision is to grow sustainably, within our own grasp, providing the most excellent courteous service to our guests. Our mission is to become the most reliable, trustworthy Property Management in Aruba.

We recently just opened up our own in-house Laundry, but we could do laundry as well for our Guests for a small fee. We also open up our Coffee Corner for that early morning coffee, all with our Guests in mind. Both are located at Bushiri 33.
