This home is a newly renovated mid terrace cottage with a warm scandi vibe. The property is in the heart of Ulverston town just a stones throw away from pubs and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

Enter the house into an open plan dining room and lounge, complimented by a lovely log burner. The kitchen then follows with access to the back of the house, which has a very small yard and cupboard that can be used for safe bike storage.

Upstairs you will find two similar sized rooms with a king and double bed in the first and second room. The third room has a single bed and office space but is big enough for an additional cot/travel cot and the spacious bathroom is located at the end of the landing.

The house will allow for one lovely four legged friend as long as they’re well behaved. Contact me for further requests.

A range of treats for both humans and pooches will be presented to you on arrival at the house to help you enjoy your stay that little bit more.

Ulverston is a fantastic town with some wonderful bars and restaurants. My recommendations are below. There are plenty of fabulous walks right on your doorstep at Stanley street. The Cumbrian Way is less than 30 seconds walk which leads to many routes and runs along the Gill. The Hoad Monument is a fantastic walk with spectacular views over the southern Lake District mountains.

The house is less than 15 minutes away from Coniston where you can enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming or just enjoying the peace and quiet surrounded by the fabulous mountains.

There are some lovely shops in the town. In terms of supermarkets there are many within walking or a short driving distance such as M&S, Booths, Aldi, Tesco and Co-op, along with local fruit and veg shops and a butchers.
