This is a cozy condo located in the beautifully manicured Monterey-Gage community. This community is centrally located right in the heart of Carlsbad Village. The beach is just a short walk away and this amazing location is in walking distance to the restaurants, shopping, a train station, and convenience stores. The condo consists of 600-square-feet with a new and comfortable queen-size bed sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a portable AC unit. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a range/oven, coffee makers, a microwave, and a full refrigerator. Beach toys, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided as well.

Things to Know
* Coin-operated washer and dryer located in the community laundry room
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. The driveway is located directly across the street from 337 Oak Ave - SPACE 16 - BEST to back into parking space - its is very tight! large Trucks will need to street park, - NO RV's or trailers longer than 25 feet can be parked between 2am and 6am on any Carlsbad City Street: ordinance (OTC 10.28)

Watch out for the wall - BEHIND the parking space - when parking - its hard to see!
