Enjoy privacy and comfort inside this smartly designed and well equipped cozy cabin, plus many outdoor spaces to take in all the lake & all it has to offer. Feel the lake breeze, listen to the birds, grab a kayak (and life jacket), and venture out along the calming shoreline. The cabin's lower deck is covered and includes a dining space with dimmable string lighting overhead, and the upper rooftop deck is ideal for night time stargazing & morning yoga. Enjoy a beautiful natural & private setting at this unique property, with only 4 guest sites dotting the nearly 2 acre private property. Warm & welcoming, the Cabin is the ideal place to relax & recharge in style.

To add even more value to your stay, we have Kayaks & SUP's (w/ life jackets) available for use onsite! Guests who book 3+ nights get them included for FREE during their stay. Shorter stays can reserve them (1 of each, or 1 tandem kayak) for only $49/day. Please inquire at time of booking to check availability, as they are very popular. For the sportsman, the fishing is excellent, and guests with boats/trailers are welcome provided space is available. With over 120 linear feet of waterfront, our guests never feel crowded. Guests love the fishing & swimming dock and the expansive bulkhead with sweeping lawn - these common areas are shared by all guests and offer unparalleled lake views. There is a pergola cover over the dock’s dining table for shade and convenient steps by the kayak rack that lead in the water. Bring your cornhole, mega jenga or beach paddle ball set - all are welcome to enjoy these common areas spaces.

Ideal for couples, but comfortable for 3 adults or a family of 3. The Cabin has 4 person maximum, providing 1 or more of the guests are infants under 2 yrs old. FYI - We are located on a scenic & serene spot on Lake Conroe's North Shore, where nature takes center stage and the fishing is great. Get up at dawn and watch the wildlife from the dock - or venture out with a kayak to get up close views of white egrets, blue herons, turtles, ducks, fish making ripples, seasonal migrating pelicans, woodpeckers & even bald eagles. After sunset, be on the lookout for the stars to twinkle over the lake, and the occasional lightning bugs to twinkle under our majestic oaks. We are also located on a dead end road, which adds to the peace & privacy. Our neighborhood is located in a quiet residential area with outstanding lake views. Our property is unique in that we are rural acreage on the lake and not part of a neighborhood/HOA. This is not your typical come & go RV park, this is a private residential property with 4 sites total on roughly 2 acres. You'll have plenty of room & privacy for a truly memorable stay!!

Grocery Stores, Shopping Outlets, and Entertainment/Movies are a short drive away, with smaller local convenience stores even closer. We've got big restaurant chains and smaller mom & pop restaurants nearby. We also have some nearby wineries and breweries to check out. The property is conveniently located with several miles of Kroger Grocery Store, Ace Hardware & Tractor Supply, Academy Sporting Store, Walgreens, Walmart, Restaurants (Chili's, Texas Roadhouse, Mod Pizza, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Panda Express, The Fish Pond, Uncle Bob's BBQ & other local eateries), Movie theaters, Bowling Alley & more.

Our place is 7 minutes to the freeway, 50 minutes to IAH (George Bush Intl Airport), and the same to Downtown Houston. The Woodlands is approximately 20 minutes which offers all varieties of entertainment, food, music, etc. All major needs are only 10 minutes away (groceries, fuel, banking, etc). Enjoy fishing on-site, or take a short drive from the resort to reach a 27-hole golf course, as well as sailing, waterskiing, and other water sports. Hiking and biking trails are a great way to explore nearby Sam Houston National Forest. For big-city activities, plan a drive to Houston, about an hour away. Close by is Old Town Spring with many arts and crafts shops as well as the Conroe Outlet Mall. Located not far is the Texas Renaissance Festival #TexRenFest, held for 9 weekends in October-November. Bring your boat and explore beautiful Lake Conroe. Known for trophy bass, many area fishing tournaments are held on the lake year-round. So in 2011 & again I 2014 I gave hosting a shot so I can meet more people traveling like myself & instantly was hooked! Over 2 years of amazing memories of sharing time with guests from around the world and now 5 years of managing other properties. From helping with a marriage proposal, surprise birthday party with fireworks, countless meals shared along with laughter, sunrises & nightcaps with sunsets.
