Beachcombers - Now being offered to the holiday rental market by a 4 x rated "Super Host" - this beautiful Victorian G/F apartment on Marine Parade right opposite Barmouth Beech! The property comfortably sleeps 6 (4+2) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a small double sofa bed in the living area. The apartment boasts some lovely features including high ceilings; original feature fire place. Stunning coastal décor; 43" Flat screen Smart Freeview+ TV & DVD with BT HALO WIFI. Pets welcome.

Perfect for couples and families alike and suitable for guests with mobility issues. This unique designer apartment was originally part the old Victoria Hotel that has recently been sympathetically converted into 4 apartments and is positioned right on the seafront with its own outdoor space and seating area. The ground floor apartment enjoys great views of the sand dunes behind Barmouth’s Blue Flag beach.

The main open-plan living area boasts a lovely driftwood style Amtico floor, huge bay window with views to the dunes and sea front and has a stunning original Victorian Feature Fireplace.

One two seater leather soft and one three seater leather sofa; one crushed velvet two-seater sofa bed which gives further sleeping options for our guests and a flat screen 43” SMART TV with DVD.

A bamboo dining table – with four matching chairs (further chairs and table extension available on request).

Carpeted flooring. Queen size double bed or flexible split into 2 single 3ft beds, bedside table & lamp, 4 drawer chest of drawers with mirror and tallboy with 6 drawers. Own access to BATHROOM. Rear exit from apartment via a barn style UPVC door.

PARKING

There is no designated parking as such allocated to the apartment but there are free parking spaces outside the apartment, and on the parade itself with a car park opposite which includes disable parking. Note - even in high season there is usually no problem parking close to the accommodation.

NEARBY -

Surrounded by the Snowdonia National Park the apartment is ideally situated for whatever type of holiday your looking for. For those with families there are miles of sweeping sandy beaches waiting for you to explore! Or perhaps you could explore nearby Harlech Castle – a World Heritage Site. If you’re into cycling or horse-riding there are numerous scenic places to ride and the internationally famous mountain-biking centre at Coed y Brenin is just 20 minutes away. This is a walker’s paradise with the Mawddach Trail & Taith Ardudwy Way are very close to the apartment and the Wales Coast Path passes the front door! For those seeking a little more of a challenge - Cader Idris lies at the head of the Mawddach Estuary and Snowdon can be reached in less than an hour. SUP Stand-up Paddle Boarding is also available at the Yacht Club and the famous Mach Loop low flying air displays are an absolute must see and then on your way home you can stop at Corris Visitor and Craft Centre and stock up on your Pollination Premium Gin at the Dyfi distillery and check out King Arthur's Labyrinth - 20 miles away.

If you’re not the active type then how about a ride on the Cambrian Coast Railway – one of the UK’s most scenic railway routes that runs all the way along this glorious coastline or maybe one of the famous narrow-gauge steam railways that proliferate in this corner of Wales!

You could be soaking up the sun all day on the golden sands or in the dunes or enjoying the spectacular sunset over Cardigan Bay from the garden with a glass of wine or via the big bay window in the apartment. For those cooler times of year there is gas central heating, double glazing and of course the apartment boasts the big 43" telly and provides free WIFI all year round.

Dogs are welcome on the beach except in the restricted area during peak season. Miles of sweeping sandy beaches and stunning walks are just a stone’ s throw from the apartment.

As well as a fantastic location with views of Barmouth’s award-winning sandy beach and the Llyn Peninsula - this lovely holiday home is only a two-minute walk to Barmouth Town Centre and Station with its shops, harbour and good pubs and eateries.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 adult guests plus a sofa bed recommended for up to 2 children

Friday-Monday (3 nights)
Where a 1-week minimum stay applies - our usual changeover day is Saturday.

The area in our opinion is safe -

The apartment is surrounded by established hotels, B & B's and generally looks fantastic - More recently, further investment into the town upgrading roads, pathways and parking, now makes for a fantastic visit or stay -
