This is a perfect vacation home for one or two families. Beautifully decorated and spacious, this two story home with lots of windows offers an abundance of natural light. It sits on a corner lot on upper Claressa with a private side patio off the dining area. There's a spacious great room with a living room area with a fireplace and a dining area with a large table plus bar height counter with stools facing the open kitchen. The three bedrooms with Cal King beds have their own private baths. The front upstairs master bedroom features an ocean view from the balcony. All bedroom floors were given new carpeting in January 2017. The remainder of the home's floors are tile. 1900 sq ft. This home has one full bath, three 3/4 baths, one 1/2 bath. 357CL

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
