The unit has been professionally decorated and no expense is spared to ensure a wonder resort style feel coupled with the perfect location in the Gulf Shores area.

Walk to the Hangout or to the public pier. Enjoy covered parking in the multi story parking garage as well as the two outdoors pools, one indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and a state of the art weight and exercise room.

***Attention*** In reaction to the Coronavirus concerns we employ professional grade disinfection services prior to every guest arriving. The amount of time it takes to clean the condo has increased and we are not able to guarantee that the unit will be clean by the 4PM check in time. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

***Hurricane Sally update The unit sustained no damage from the Hurricane but a number of the units in the Lighthouse did have water damage and the roof and exterior sustained wind damage. Construction could occur between the hours of 7AM and 7PM Monday through Saturday. Renters must sign a waiver when purchasing their parking pass releasing Rogers and Willard and Lighthouse Condo Association from any liability for damage or injury to property or persons that choose to occupy the building. ***

• Master bedroom has a king size bed with a 52" flat screen TV and jetted tub.

• Second bedroom has a king size bed with a 46" flat screen TV.

• Third room has 2 twin bunk beds

• Living room has a memory foam sofa sleeper and a 60" flat screen TV/BluRay.

• Wireless internet access is provided.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Amenities include 24 Hour Security, Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker(coffee not provided), Covered Parking, Dishwasher(2 detergents provided), DVD, Elevator, Fitness Room, Heated Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool, Hot Tub, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Meeting Room, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, Sauna, TV, Vending Machine, Washer/Dryer(detergent not provided), Zero Entry Pool

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guest is required to purchase parking pass at the 2nd floor front desk for $25 each.

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

**** From March 1st through October 31st guests ages 12 and up must wear a red wrist band in the Common areas of the building including the pool area, the wrist bands will be provided free of charge and can be found inside the unit on the kitchen counter. If you require more wrist bands than are inside the unit bring your parking pass or rental agreement to the 2nd floor office and more bands will be provided****

The Lighthouse is perfectly located for short walks to the Hangout. The Hangout is on of Gulf Shores most popular restaurants. Live music, dancing and so much more right on the beach. This unit is also within a short walk to the Sea and Suds restaurant on the beach and the pier is very close as well. Plenty of souvenir shops are near by also.
