A clean, modern,2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the heart of Swieqi. The apartment has a front balcony and each room is well ventilated. One finds a kitchen, washing machine and a good sized living area. The apartment is also within walking distance from st.Julian's bay, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping area, language schools and more. Close to all amenities : supermarkets, medical clinics, pharmacies, beauty and hair salons and a bus station within 25 metres of the apartment.

L'espai
The apartment originally was built for my personal use however life presents changes :) The apartment was build in August 2018 so it is practically brand new! Location is central to all amenities and also within touristic popular sites.

Well, Swieqi is mainly a residential town, with a number of hotels, restaurants, supermarket and a couple of language schools thrown in. It is adjacent to the party area of St. Julian’s /Paceville and is easy walking distance for St. George’s sandy beach, and around a 15-minute walk from the beginning of the charming Sliema promenade.
