We're sorry our place didn't live up to your expectations. We realize it's hard to adjust to a strange home. That's why we try to make ourselves available to our guests 24 hours a day. It's to bad you didn't reach out so we could have helped make your stay more pleasant. As stated in the description, we do have a golf cart available for an extra fee as does the Park. I'm not sure what would have made you think a cart was included but I'll reread our profile. Some people prefer to use bikes or walk so we offer it as an ad on so the people that don't want to use it don't share the cost. The pool is a five minute walk.
I'm not sure which queen bed you're referring to, we have replace both of them within the past year, I will be sure to check into it. There are two grills, I wish you would have called so we could have pointed you in the right direction. There is a covered $600 grill, less then a year old, under the cover in front of the deck.
Not sure what the issue was with the patio furniture. There is a pit group, that seats 6 comfortably under the gazebo, as well as a table with 4 chairs on the deck. If there were some leaves or something preventing you from enjoying your stay we would have been happy to stop by and blow them off for you. We take our guests comfort very seriously and would have done everything possible to make your stay more comfortable had you simply reached out to us.
As you know this is a new listing for us and that's why you received the discounted rate. We have many upgrades planned before next season. We have been told our place is one of the best appointed units in the park. We have had many compliments from other homeowners in the park. We're sorry you didn't enjoy it as much as we do.
