We're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We try to provide the best experience possible. I'm sorry you had a problem with the TV and the Thermostat, they are both in perfect working order and offer the latest technology. We make sure we provide a pillow for every guest and a comforter for every bed, at the very minimum. Ants are a constant battle in FL this time of year and we do have the house sprayed regularly, we also do keep bait packs for visitors use to battle a surprise attack. We understand it is sometimes difficult to navigate a strange home and that's why we are available 24 hours a day, all it would have taken is a quick phone call and we could have pointed you in the right direction.
Our pool filter went out a couple days before you arrived. We replaced it but the pool didn't get the thorough vacuuming it usually does. I would like to mention both the pool and jacuzzi looked fine during the clean up after your stay.
We are constantly improving the property and feel it offers a lot of value to our guests... as do the past visitors, all with 5 star reviews. After reading your 3 page letter I'm pretty sure nothing could have pleased you, but I can assure you if you had just called we would have given it 100%.
