The kitchen opens on to the bright dining room with a wood burning stove, dining table, benches and wall mounted TV.
There are three bedrooms with King size beds and one double bedroom. Two bathrooms, one with a large walk in shower, the other with a double sink and a large bath.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
At the rear of the property is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs.
The house is a fantastic place for families and small groups of friends to spend time together and enjoy.
Located in the vibrant centre of this seaside town on the North Norfolk coast, the property is less than 5 minutes walk from the lovely sandy Blue Flag beach where hours will blissfully drift away whilst building sandcastles, swimming, sunbathing or simply exploring the rock pools.
For the more adventurous, surfing, paddle boarding and sea kayaking are all available as well as many walking routes along the coastline.
The famous Victorian pier is also only minutes away where you can enjoy live entertainment at the Pavilion Theatre, a drink in the bar while enjoying the view or a spot of crabbing.
The thriving town centre is only moments away, offering a variety of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
There are good transport links with the bus and railway station only a leisurely 10 minute stroll away.
The Coasthopper bus service runs from Cromer all the way along the coast to King's Lynn providing easy access to the many beautiful locations along the North Norfolk coast.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not have wheelchair access. The house is arranged over 4 floors and may not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs.
There is NO PARKING with the property. Guests can pull over in front of the house to unload( double yellow lines) and then must find their own parking.
There are a number of long stay car parks close to the property and on street parking can often be found on nearby streets.
