Good for a temporary and simple stay. Camp out in this unfurnished home on a short-term basis while we update to sell. Right now the bathtub and shower are NOT available as we are remodeling, but toilet, sink, refrigerator, and one A/C all work. No wifi. Near urban treasures like the Golden Harvest and Old Town, yet with an amazingly private backyard. Think of this as a very simple but lovely youth hostel in the capital city.
Enjoy coffee in the sunroom or head down the private hillside to Grand River frontage. The lower yard with 50' of Grand River frontage edge to canoe, kayak or fish. Note that the hillside is somewhat steep and is hard to access for some. Avoid if you have knee or hip issues, improper shoes, etc.
This home is great for sleep, reading, fishing, canoeing, or extremely simple and spartan traveling. Five minutes to great restaurants.
Shady oak 1950s midcentury modern ranch, full of light, with Grand River frontage. Accessible to the heart of Lansing yet situated at the entrance of a stately neighborhood. Five minutes from the Capitol or LCC and 10 minutes from East Lansing or MSU. Near urban treasures like the Golden Harvest and Old Town, yet with an amazingly private backyard. Enjoy coffee in the sunroom or head down the private hillside to the lower yard with 50' of Grand River frontage. All are welcome!

Keep in mind this is a very spartan home at the moment. It's charming and in a great location, but there is no central A/C. There are fans and a window air conditioner. No TV, no WiFi. There is a working refrigerator, gas stove, and water. No shower, but there is a bath and toilet. Beds and sofa bed will be available in September.
