6th house from the beach, a light, airy home, the second floor of a duplex. The backyard has been professionally landscaped with separate stone patios with table, chairs and umbrellas. Outdoor lighted showers, a quaint shed, gas grill all complete this weekly island get-away, only steps away from the beach. Mini-golf and a great bakery with ice cream, coffee and sandwiches are located at the end of the block! A grocery store is about 5 blocks away; shops and restaurants in walking distance.

- **Please make sure you read the listing in its entirety** - We expect you will respect our home.
- - Absolutely NO drugs of any kind - alcohol is OK. - Absolutely NO smoking in the house and if you do smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up your butts/ash.
- NO pets will be allowed. Many of my other tenants have allergies.
- - Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee. Also, lost beach badges will be charges $25 per badge.
- Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit.
- Be sure to turn on exhaust fan in bathroom when showering.
- Do not flush tampons (sorry, but the alternative is much worse).
-Please hang your wet towels. Do not leave damp towels on the furniture or the floor.
- Please limit your entertaining to around six extra guests. Please keep the noise level down after 11 pm.
- Please be aware that any injuries that occur while on this property are the sole responsibility of the guests and NOT the owner.

Tidy, well-kept apartment in an excellent location a 1 minute walk from the beach. The renter was quick and helpful communicating by text-message and email to answer our questions!

Great house and location. Communication with the owner was fabulous and she made the arrangement easy for us. She provided the sheets and towels for us since we were all flying in. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay - the location was very easy access to the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants and great bakery/sandwich/ice cream shop right on the corner. There is also miniature golf right across the street which we took advantage of on a not so sunny day - The screened in porch was used a lot and having an outside shower is always a plus! It was also great to have beach badges supplied and a washer and dryer to do a quick wash of towels during the week . Renee was very quick to respond to any small questions. I left something of value to me behind there and Renee was very helpful in making sure I got it back! Great for one or two couples or a small family -

Enjoyable stay on LBI. Location and neighborhood are excellent . The walk to the beach is short and makes return trips during the day convenient. The outside bath makes getting ready in a pinch possible for a family. Renee and Laren were quick to respond to all questions.

There are a lot of things to like about this spot. We loved the outdoor porch during morning coffee and easy beach access. The home is cozy and just right for a couple or small family. The main bedroom with queen bed is a tight fit, but the bed is comfortable. AC was excellent. Outdoor patio is lovely and the outdoor shower is very nice. A few maintenance items would really make the space even nicer. It was definitely nicer than staying in a motel. CAUTION: No linens were provided, so we were scrambling for sheets and towels for our 2 night stay. Be sure to read the entire description.
