The building was originally a large two story house which was separated into two self contained apartments, each with private entrance. This vacation unit is the top floor apartment (three bedrooms, two bathrooms), balcony, fenced front yard and double undercover car-port.

This apartment can very comfortably sleep six, however by taking advantage of the optional sofa bed, it is possible to sleep up to eight guests. There is also an additional single floor mattress available upon request - please ask for this mattress when booking if needed.

It’s a fabulous space for solo adventurers, couples, business traveller's, large groups and families.

Our neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Many of the neighbours are active community members, families and retirees.

There is a home-business-gym run from the home directly across the road. There is a primary school at the bottom of the street, so street parking can get a little difficult around school pick-up and drop/off times, but that shouldn't bother our guests too much since they have complete access to three off-street parking spaces.

There are several shopping centers, parks and bush trails within a 5 minute walk and many, many other South-East Queensland attractions within short driving distance.

Tamborine Mountain is only 25 minutes away. A stop at the Cedar Creek Falls on the way to Tamborine is a delightful interlude where there are 3 waterfalls and a great swimming hole.

The Bay is another attraction and the island ferry hop makes for a pleasant day. You can hop on and off at Lamb Island, Karragarri or Macleay Islands.
