The apartment is one of only six in the building and located to the rear of the property and as such is very quiet and peaceful.
Please look carefully at the pictures which show the access to this property which is situated on the second floor of the building.
There are two parking spaces which are for use of the six flats to the rear of the property (as pictured). These can be used, however availability is not guaranteed.
There is a public 'pay and display' car park to the front of the property, on the market place which is priced incredibly reasonably. Charging times are between 8am - 6pm with the maximum charge being £3.50 for 24 hours.
