Situated in the heart of the picturesque seaside village of Kinvara, our spacious, recently redecorated 4-bedroom family home in its own grounds, is a ideal spot for families, friends and couples looking to explore the beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way.
It's proximity to Shannon Airport, Limerick and Galway city make it ideally suited to business professionals too.
We look forward to sharing our family home in Kinvara with you and hope you will enjoy it and the area as much as we do. The house combines space, light and practicality, and couldn't be more conveniently located right in the centre of the village, just a minute's walk to the picturesque quay, one minute to the various shops, restaurants and pubs, and a five minute stroll to the historic Dunguaire Castle.
There are two large reception rooms (sitting room and dining room), four spacious bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs, all with wooden floors), kitchen, utility room and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for a home away from home (double oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster,), including an all-important Nespresso machine for coffee lovers!
The downstairs bathroom has an electric shower, while there is a full-size bath upstairs. Bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided.
The garden is completely enclosed and is large enough for kids to scoot or cycle around safely.
There is a secure garage that can be used to store bikes and beach gear. Keen surfers can also hang wet suits here to dry.

I'm married to Jim and we have a 9 year old daughter. We don't get to visit Kinvara as often as we like due to work commitments in Dublin but love nothing more than to spend family holidays there - there is so much to do. As a professional singer, I particularly love the vibrant music scene in the town, and our beagle Millie loves long walks on the beach.
