We are close to the vibrant Manly Village Cafe Precinct, Marinas, fabulous weekend markets, waterfront walking, biking, parklands. 10 min walk to train station. Its quiet here in leafy Lota with fabulous bay breezes as we are right on the Esplanade but close to a myriad of activities. When at home you can relax in your own fully self contained 2 bedroom lower level of our house. You have exclusive use of the pool and BBQ. A perfect short term stay.
Bedroom one has a Queen size bed and Bedroom Two has two King Singles.
We can also offer a third bedroom with a double bed and additional separate toilet adjoining the flat. This room can sleep 2 people at an additional charge of $50 per night.

You have exclusive use of the back garden with full size swimming pool, Weber BBQ and outdoor seating areas as shown in the photos. The swimming pool is fully fenced and complies with current council regulations.

We are more than happy to assist with recommendations of nearby places of interest to visit. A good supply of travel brochures supplied by the local visitor information centre are located in the lounge room. These are updated regularly.

Tea, coffee and milk are staples in the flat throughout your stay.
This is our home in a quiet residential area and we would request our guests to be respectful of noise levels particularly after 9pm during the week 10pm on weekends.
The Airbnb experience is one of a home away from home, its relaxed, laid back, comfy, very pleasurable and at a much lower cost than other commercial options. We can keep our price down if you help us as you would do in your own home by being mindful of things like energy and water costs and wear and tear on our property.
Turn off lights, ceiling fans and air con when you are not at home. Use the outside clothes drying line after running a FULL load in the washing machine. If you do use the washing machine, load the soap powder (found in the cupboard under the sink) in the left hand receptacle of the pull out dispenser.
Do enjoy the use of the BBQ. Make sure gas is turned off each time after use and clean the BBQ. We use BBQ liners which are easy to wash and reuse after use.
If dining around the pool, for everyone's safety only use non glass drinkware and dinnerware of which there is a plentiful supply in the kitchen.
We provide both bathroom towels and pool towels for your use. Hang all wet towels either in the bathroom or outside. Please do not leave them in the bedrooms.
After using the pool, please dry off before entering the flat. Bedrooms leading to the bathroom are carpeted. So dry tootsies please.
If your stay is for more than one week fresh bed linen and towels will be provided.
On departure, please leave the flat in the condition it was on your arrival. Make sure all kitchen washing up is done and dishes put away. Cooking appliances cleaned and returned to the cupboards where you found them. The fridge emptied and cleaned and rubbish sorted into general and recyclable and placed in the bins next to the garage.
For this consideration we trust our guests and do not charge a security bond or cleaning fee.
