My place is located in a quiet & safe tourist area of the very famous Villa Cofresi Hotel & Restaurant. It is just a two minute walk to the beautiful Caribbean ocean & the beach! It is walking distance to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, art and cultural activities. Also, you can easily enjoy water sports like surfing, banana boat ride, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and more.
Seahorse Beach House is my dream come true! As a child, I visited the Rincon area with my family for vacations and we always had such a great time at the beach and around town. Happy times and happy memories! As an adult, I'm still in love with this beautiful place...oh, the sound of crashing waves onto the beach!
Therefore, I want to help other tourists to have the opportunity to create their own wonderful memories as I did, by providing them with a clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location...and Seahorse Beach House was born!
My place is completely turn-key and everything in the apartment is NEW. It has a brand new air conditioning unit and luggage rack in each bedroom, a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cooler and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker, silverware, pots & pans, plates, glasses and the essentials kitchen tools.
The Beach is just a few steps from the apartment - a two minute walk!
The balcony is the perfect spot to have your morning coffee ;-)
Cable TV and a fast internet (WiFi) is available for your pleasure.

The entire apartment is for you to enjoy; two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and a private balcony.
IMPORTANT: If traveling with children, please note that there is no crib available or any other children's provisions in the apartment. I'm open to the idea of hosting children as long as they are supervised 24/7, but please note that my apartment is NOT children proof, 2nd floor with no elevator.

For your convenience and because there are great early morning flights deals arriving/leaving from Aguadilla Airport (BQN) that you can take advantage of, my place is equipped with electronic locks (with different codes for each reservation) to make your check in process a breeze! Please have in mind that if you would like to check in during early morning time (1:00am-11:00am) you will need to reserve the night before. Otherwise, the check in time starts at 3pm.
- 1. Check out time: 12:00 noon
- 2. Please treat SEAHORSE BEACH HOUSE with kindness and respect; remember it’s your home for the remainder of this reservation.
- 3. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the apartment, including the balcony. This rule also applies to electronic cigarettes of any kind!
- 4. Visitors are NOT allowed. ONLY registered guests in the reservation are allowed in the apartment and on the premises.
- 5. Gatherings are NOT allowed.
- 6. Pets are NOT allowed.
- 7. Surfboards or beach sports gear are NOT allowed inside the apartment or in the hallways.
- 8. Please keep the apartment and its common areas clean.
- 9. After the beach, please rinse off sand before returning to the apartment. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower located just behind the building, in the patio area.
- 10. Before your departure (check out), please dispose of any garbage ONLY inside white garbage bins located in front of the building, across the street. Please do not leave garbage inside the apartment!
- 11. Washer & Dryer: Please read and follow the instructions that we provided before using them. Also, please remove lint from filter (dryer) after EACH use. Accumulated lint in the filter is a fire hazard!
- 12. Parking: You can use the parking spaces in front of the building or park your vehicle on the street-following parking zone/city rules. Owners are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked in designated parking spaces or off streets.
- 13. Wash dishes after each meal. Before your departure (check out), please make sure all dishes are cleaned, dry and put away for the next guest.
- 14. Barbecue grills (BBQ) are NOT allowed inside the apartment, including the balcony.
- 15. Candles or any other flammable items are NOT allowed.
- 16. Do not throw toilet paper or any other foreign objects inside the toilet bowl, please use the waste basket (trash can) provided to avoid plumbing issues and charges during your stay.
- 17. Keep TV, music or noise at a low volume; please do not disturb our neighbors.
- 18. Before your departure (check out), please make sure ALL appliances are turned off; including the air conditioning, lights, fans, stove, oven, coffee maker and iron.
- 19. Please notify us immediately of any repairs needed during your stay.
- **Liability Clause: The tenant (guest) shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the property and its fixtures during the term of this lease (reservation). This clause includes structural, plumbing and electrical damages. Owner shall not be liable for any injury or damage to Tenant (Guest) or any person who uses or is in the premises, or be liable for damage to their property, or the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the apartment and the premises. Owner or owner’s agent may enter the premises in order to protect, inspect, or make repairs during your stay.
