Brandon, we apologize that the cleanliness of our home did not meet your standards. I can assure you that the guest area is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected prior to every guest’s arrival. We are sorry that you felt there was not enough space in the room. The décor is accurately reflected in our listing images. Many guests have enjoyed admiring and discussing our souvenirs and personal items, as all of them have stories of travels attached. We were unaware that the sheets were stained and they will be replaced immediately, thank you for bringing our attention to this issue. We do have many personal items on display throughout the rest of the apartment, which can feel like clutter rather than comfort to some guests. Although the environment was not to your liking, as previously stated our décor is accurately reflected in our listing images. We clean our apartment thoroughly before, and during, every guest’s stay. Unfortunately, due to working 12-hour days and cooking nearly every night, sometimes a few dishes have to wait overnight to be cleaned. Throughout the week, Brian and I both go to work early. Our alarms do not begin to sound, however, until 6:30 a.m. Upon entering the kitchen around 6:45-7 a.m., we always try to maintain the utmost respect for our guests and be as quiet as possible while making lunch for the day. The private room is situated on the complete opposite side of the apartment from our private bedroom, so any noise that was heard at the hour of 6 a.m. could possibly be attributed to neighbors, as we live in a well-populated apartment community. We greatly appreciate your feedback about our space and will make every adjustment necessary to ensure that guests feel comfortable.
