Regarding "the listing was not accurate" I'm afraid but we do have pictures that show exactly how the place looks like. Especially for the kitchen. We do say Small basic Kitchen (as most kitchen in Mazunte) and there is a pictures that shows what the kitchen offers and where is located (outside).We never had complains regarding this and we are always keen to bring more utensils if the gusts need them. We do have 3 pans, plates, forks,knives, spoons,glasses, cups ...obviously is not Master chef kitchen but our guests have always cooked their meals during their stay. The truth is that Petr wanted a fridge and started complaining about that from the first minute he arrived. We DO NOT SAY that there is a fridge, so we never lied about this point. I explained to him this and brought him two coolers and invited him to buy some ice and store his food (all other guests have done that considering it is mostly for few days it works perfectly). He first told me the ice was expensive (20 pesos a full bag that lasts 1 day?????? Expensive????) then he never wrote me back and instead contacted directly Airbn. Airbn customer service than contact me about the fridge (Website hidden by Airbnb) the end they told me I was right because we never wrote anywhere that there was a fridge. After that I obviuosly wrote to him saying that he should have contact me instead and talk together about the issue, I believe is more polite and correct rather than reporting to airbn for somenthing wasn't even included in the first place. Again he never replied back.
As for the water savings reminder unfortunately, putting up posts, is the only thing we can do to prevent this huge problñem in Mazunte. Lot of foreigners come and don't have a clue about water problems thats why I put post to remind this big issue, hoping that the guest becomes aware and giving them some helpful tips for saving water. I don't know what else to do as we are not in UK, in Europe or not even in Mexico City where there are sink plugs as Petr is saying.
Basically.....I'm getting a bad review for somenthing was not even mentioned in our publication (es.Fridge) and because the guest didn't check out the pictures and realising before that perhaps our place wasn't what he needed (es.kitchen).
