Come experience South Beach in this Ultra Modern/Chic Condo. This is a Studio apartment complete with full size kitchen and bathroom, cable TV and FREE WIFI. Unit features a beautifully designed Queen size bed which can sleep 2, and 2 mid century day beds that can accommodate comfortably a person each. This apartment has been professionally design by Casa Adorno to make you feel as you are staying at a 5 Star room with out having to pay the 5 Star Hotel price. No expense was spared when redesigning this unit to bring full comfort to our guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2 burner stove (no oven) high end silver ware, chef style knifes and pots and pans, dishes,wine glasses,toaster,blender and microwave. The bathroom has been designed with an over the top large rain shower head, marble finishes and and comfy towels to give it that true ultra Zen feel. The unit has bath and beach towels,iron and iron board,hair dryer, 50 inch plasma TV,internet and cable TV.
While staying with us you will receive a clean and safe unit,concierge service and immediate attention to any issues that may occur while staying with us.
I always suggest not to rent a car when visiting the area as everything is with in walking distance. A cab from Miami Airport is a $35 flat fee, there is also a bus that can take you to and from the Airport for only $2.50, info can be provided upon booking. If you decide to rent a car, there is a parking garage about a block away and they charge $20 per day.
Check in is any time after 3pm and check out is any time before 11am.
Any 10 day or more reservation will require a cleaning at the 5th day in which the guest will pay an extra cleaning fee of $50.

Many ask about the price and extra fees and how to pay. When you put in the dates and number of people you will get our total cost. There are no taxes on top of the price, but AirBnB adds their fee on top of our price.
The deposit of $100 will be returned to you 48 hours after you check out if you leave the place in good condition according to the house rules. So far we have never had to keep any of the deposits.
All the payments are safely made with credit card to Airbnb when booking. They hold the money until the day you check in and will then transfer it to us.
Bookings with us are done with the "strict" cancellation policy and all cancellations should be done through AirBnB. This being said, if we manage to re-rent the place the nights you have canceled we can give a bigger refund to you than what the strict cancellation policy dictates. The earlier you cancel the bigger the chance that we will find other guests.
SEEING THE PLACE BEFORE BOOKING:
Airbnb don't allow us to exchange contact information before a booking is done, and it is our experience that trying to show the apartment ahead of time ends up being a waste of time for both guest and host. Our photos show exactly how the apartment looks (every corner of it). If you still want to see the apartment, please make a reservation first and then hopefully we can arrange a time soon after between other guests when you can see the place. If you are unhappy with it when you see it we will allow you to cancel the booking at a full refund.

Disclosure: Keep in mind that this is a Studio apartment. It can accommodate 4 people but I suggest only for short stays as with long stays it can feel tight. Being in such a great location as far as proximity to the beach,clubs and restaurants can be both bad and good. On occasion you may hear some party goers or cars passing by or cleaning crew. Please keep in mind this is South Beach :)
We are strict with our rules so please be sure to go over the House Rules when you arrive.
Upon departure of the Tenant, the landlord will Initially assess premises for damage to said premises. Any damages will be deducted from the tenant’s security deposit. In the event that the damage to the landlord’s property exceeds the security deposit, the Tenants agree to pay additional damage amounts 10 days from date the invoice is mailed by Landlord. By signature of this agreement, Tenant’s agree to have the disputed matter settled through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida for settlement of any disputed amounts. Excluding the provisions for damage, the Landlord agrees to refund the Tenant’s security deposit as soon as possible after departure date, and no later than 30 days of the ending date of this rental agreement. In the event of a cancellation there will be no refunds. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3% fee.
1. Providing always, that the Tenants hereby abide by the covenants as follows and agree to pay 100% of the rent, cleaning fees, taxes, and security deposit prior to check-in.
2. Tenants agree that the premises can be used and occupied by the Tenants named on this lease only. Additional guest must be notified to the landlord. If any additional guests are not notified to the landlord, landlord has the right to immediately terminate the contract and tenants will forfeit any refunds and deposits.
3. Tenants agree to reimburse for any and all repairs to the said premises including but not limited to wiring, electrical repairs, plumbing, appliances, etc. when damage was caused by the negligence or fault of the tenants.
4. Tenants agree to surrender and deliver up said premises at the end of this rental agreement, without demand, in as good order and condition as when entered upon.
5. Tenants agree and understand that the Landlord has a vested interest in the security, upkeep and condition of the premises and agrees to notify the Landlord as soon as reasonably possible of any and all repairs, defects, maintenance or any drastic changes in the condition of the property.
Tenants agree to permit the Landlord or agent of Landlord, without notice, at any reasonable time to enter said premises for the purposes of exhibiting the same or making repairs on behalf of the Landlord’s interest in said property.
6. Tenants agree not to use the demised premises or permit the same to be used for illegal, immoral or improper purposes and agree not to make or permit to be made, any disturbances, noise, or annoyance whatsoever detrimental to the premises, or the comfort land peace
of the inhabitants in the vicinity of the premises. House Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. If Tenants are found in violation, occupancy will be terminated immediately with no refund.
7. Tenants agree they are coming in with no pets and none shall be allowed to enter or occupy the premises. Any pets brought on to the property by the Tenants will be considered a breach of this contract and tenants agree to immediately vacate the premises. The Tenant agrees to be responsible for all damages caused by pets and agree to forfeit their security deposit in the event that an unapproved is found on the premises.
8. Tenants agree that smoking is Not allowed on said premises. If smoke is detected in the premises the Tenants will forfeit 100% of their security deposit
