We are just 3 km from the ferry to Fyn and Ærø. Our house is from 1900 and was originally a water mill. In the 1950's it was converted into a residence, and today it's a cozy B&B. Adjacent to our garden is a large forest called Nørreskov. a few hundred meters down a forest path you will find the ocean, a lighthouse, and view of the island Fyn and Ærø.
Yes, we have high speed internet!
In addition to our rooms, we also offer tradtional Danish (or vegetarian) breakfasts. Email us for prices.
This is a description of our guest room #1, also called Østværelset (The East Room).
This room is freshly remodeled and painted with enviromentally friendly paint. The floors are the original from the time when the house was a water mill and have lots of character. There are two single beds that can be arranged as shown in the photo or they can be moved together for couples. The room is upstairs near the newly remodeled bathroom. If there are more than 2 people, the third person will have the option to sleep in an alternative part of the house.

I am originally from the USA, moved to Denmark in 2013, and am married to a Dane. We had an airbnb when we lived in Copenhagen and loved it. Now that we have moved to Southern Denmark, we are happy to open a new B&B.
We enjoy traveling, bicycling, reading, and gardening. I am best with English but can also speak Danish. My wife can speak Danish, English, and German.
