Small, pleasant apartment in converted dairy barn on our property in rural Cornwall. Located just ten minutes' drive from the Middlebury College campus, the farm is situated perfectly for those visiting the Middlebury area.
A truly peaceful location with lovely views of pastoral surroundings. Ample opportunities for walking on dirt roads and pastures for those who would like to spend a quiet morning or afternoon exploring. Outside table perfect for morning cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening.
Inside the second-floor apartment one will find a full kitchen (equipped with everything needed to prepare meals), bathroom, dining/sitting room, small library, and master bedroom. Pull-out couch in sitting room for a third guest. Most suitable for two people or a small family. The apartment is equipped with wireless internet and is located in a part of Cornwall with cell phone reception.
A car is necessary as there is no public transportation except in the immediate Middlebury area.
Short-term rentals offered only during warmer times of year: May through mid-October.
Quiet tenants preferred.
No smoking on premises.
Regrettably, we do not allow pets.
