I personally appreciate your feedback thanking you for letting us know your experience. We take our guest comments and feedbacks seriously to further improve our hosting that eventually will meet our guest expectations and make it more comfortable and memorable stay. To begin with, the photographic aspect seen in the net is taken exactly what it is and there is no enhancer or go pro trick therefore it is into every individuals perspective on how they view the photo which we certainly respect. It is a straight forward what you see is what you get picture. 2nd, the wifi issue has been sorted out, network signal of Globe is becoming unreliable and we look into changing a new one. 3rd, As for the presence of unwanted household pests, we set to schedule immediate pest control treatment and this has been carried out 4th, we have arranged a new chair for replacement and this will be replaced soon. 5th, AC control panel is not the issue, it was recent that we changed the bed from Sofa bed to trundle bed and dimension has not been taken into consideration however we are looking at this item for an easy Ac control panel access. 6th, my place is a decent family residential area therefore this is something normal and happens in any part of the globe and beyond my control and could not do much. 7th, availability of elevator, It was mentioned that on your 2nd day they have conducted maintenance service unexpectedly as it was not scheduled so most probably something went wrong but then again this is something we have no control over. I apologize for the inconvenience it caused you. By the way, my unit is in the 2nd floor and not on the 3rd. Lastly, the number of guest that wad booked in my unit. I was under the impression that there will only be one guest however I only came to know from mum when you checked in, We were trying to get in touch with you for the first 5 days of your stay but couldn't reach you, The price for extra guest per night is clearly stipulated in my airbnb page But I do understand that sometimes it does happen when we unintentionally would want to deceive people or perhaps by mistake. The discount I gave you was way more than half slash price From 7K to 3K after all I am also human just as you are.
