I was not put in the room I booked, which was very disappointing. Room I was put in was adequate but I wouldn't book in again unfortunately.

Hi Aaron, I'm sorry to know that you did not enjoy the free up-size/upgrade, wish you had told me at the time, as the other room was actually available. I assumed you may get annoyed with loud noises my son and his dog making outside at the time, hence the upgrade. Apologies.

Max has a great flat, it's in a nice area and shops are nearby. Max has a German Shepard called Sammy who is the nicest dog you'll ever meet. Large living area and big bathroom. I will be staying again when I'm in town.
