L'espai
Homely and really charming garden flat. Everyone who has stayed here loves it. The bedroom is very a comfortable 'double' size and the rest of the apartment is spacious too, by central London standards.
The brightly decorated apartment is well furnished and most importantly, there is large (160x200cm), very comfortable bed. There's a well-equipped open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge area with everything you need including large TV and DVD/blu-ray player.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a powerful shower and the hot water is 'on-demand'. There's a heated towel rail and digital scales.
The laundry facilities include an excellent ulta-modern washing machine with loads of settings and a huge load size and separate tumble dryer and an iron / ironing board. Clothes can also be hung outside to dry on a drying rack in the 'olive grove' style back garden.
We have a gas BBQ if you would rather cook outside in warmer months or if you want to cook up something really smelly/smoky even in autumn/winter!

- Easy access to Heathrow Airport
- Ideal for extended business trips
- Ideal for business school / International students
- Ideal for an extended shopping break to London / Europe thanks to it's proximity to the largest urban shopping mall in Europe and the street markets and major shopping destinations of Oxford Street / Sloane Street / Bond Street / Kings Road. Also, so easy to jump on a Eurostar train to Paris, Brussels, Lille or Amsterdam!

KITCHEN DETAILS: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, double sink with plumbed-in 'Brita' filtered drinking water tap, fan-assisted electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan hood, microwave with grill, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother (for cappuccino!), toaster, blender, plain white crockery, glassware, cutlery, saucepans, cookware, utensils, bakeware, mixers etc. There's a door to the garden with growing herbs and the BBQ. Everything you need!

Serveis i zones comuns
The property is ground level, so no external lift or stairs to climb. The apartment is however 'split-level' with a 5-step staircase (wheelchair user / mobility alert!). You will have your own set of high-security keys and windows have locks too. We provide two sets of keys.
Car parking is possible in a side road called Nascot Street (using a 'Smart Visitor' permit - parking fees apply).

Altres coses per tenir en compte
We think it's one of the best value, good quality AirBnBs in London! Much cheaper than most hotel rooms.
ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED - nothing extra to pay for gas, electricity, water or wifi.
A great combination of comfort, facilities, location, cleanliness and friendliness. Check out our reviews - everyone loves staying here.
Really comfy beds and thick, heavy curtains - the bedroom is very dark and cosy at night!
We only use 100% cotton, good quality bed linens - really important for a luxury sleep (Usually Ralph Lauren linens, and other top-quality brands).

Our home is Old friendly, Young friendly, Gay friendly, Straight friendly, LGBTQ friendly and everything in between - We welcome all kinds of good people!

However... please note that this apartment is not particularly suitable for young children - sorry about that. It's just not that child-friendly because of the expensive artwork, fine bedding etc. We care happy to accept well behaved kids, but parents/guardians must accept full responsibility for damages and breakages.

On that note...

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that guests does NOT pay the security deposit when booking the apartment. The security deposit is NOT charged / blocked on your credit card.
It's a safety measure just in case there's an accident/breakage/damage. A claim may only be assessed by Airbnb IF the property or contents are damaged following the stay and this is reported within 24hrs, hence why we always do a proper check-in / check-out for everyone's peace of mind. We also photograph the place regularly so we have up-to-date records of the condition of things. We appreciate it when guests let us know if something is not working / broken / needs replacing etc. as it gives us the opportunity to improve/upgrade the facilities. We'd rather have an honest up-front approach than unexpected bad reviews! (luckily, none of those so far!)
