The ranch style lay out enables your group to spread out and the family room area is great to gather. Enjoy the 2 queen bedrooms, 4 twin sized bunks, king master suite, and full sized futon bedroom. 3 full baths, and the great back deck to barbecue.

Please park in the spacious parking area and off the street- There is plenty of parking. You'll be sent an access code for the key pad on the front door. Youll be able to check in at your convenience after 4 pm. We will let you know if you can arrive early (or ask). You will find a key to the shed inside the door- and can store your bikes, skis and outdoor gear safely inside of it.

Please don't impair the fire house at all. Do not park on the street. The neighbors are very dear older folks and they appreciate respect. Kindly keep noise to a minimum. Disturbance of the neighbors may impact your deposit. Please do not approach the creek or the banks of the creek as this is not our property... You'll love the deck and using the grill.

- The property management, it's representatives, and owner shall be held harmless and indemnified from and agains all loss, injury, or damage occasioned by the use , misuse, or abuse of the premises.
- Disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience of the neighbors, espcially of the FIRE DEPARTMENT across the road will result in immediate termination of rental without refund
- Outdoor equipment should be stored in the locking shed to avoid accidental damage to the interior of the home
- No candles or incense please.

-do not use towels and other linens for cleaning purposes
-bring your toiletries
-do not bring skis, bikes or other outdoor equipment inside. Store them in the outdoor shed for which the key is hanging just inside the door
-$15 charge for lost key
-start some sheets or towels in the laundry prior to departure
-clean all dishes- it is acceptable to leave the dishwasher running
-DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE OUTSIDE (animals WILL make a big mess!!)
-there is an extra charge (minimum of $20) if your trash/recycling exceeds the provided bins in the driveway. Store excess trash in the locked shed, or take to the dump (directions provided in the notebook)
-do not show up early or depart late - there is a charge for impeding the cleaners
-do not leave wood burning in the stoves.
-no outside fires
-be sure all windows and doors are locked before departure
-be sure the porch umbrella is inside the pantry. The wind will damage the umbrella and surroundings. There is a $50 fee to replace the umbrella and and further damage as a result of the umbrella is the responsibility of the renter
-no tents or campers can be used as sleeping quarters on the property
