Our accommodation is a well equipped and standard dimension static caravan the like of which is enjoyed by thousands of families across the UK. Being a rural area our broadband and hence wifi is affected by adverse weather which was the case when the family arrived. A permanent solution of a cable upgrade was in place the following morning providing perfect signal throughout the accommodation. The booking appears to heave been made in haste without considering whether the type of property was suitable for their needs. Despite being advised of the time that the accommodation would be available and only travelling from another provider nearby, the family arrived more than an hour early and then seemed annoyed to have to wait until it was ready. From this negative start and not helped by poor weather, they continued to find fault in everything.
