Built in 1880, then renovated to reflect a modern sensibility, our 2-bedroom cottage is the perfect balance of old & new. Lofty ceilings, glass doors add space & light. We're Adelaidians who love to share our beloved city with the rest of the world!
Polished wood floors cover the entirety of the house, leading into the sunny bedrooms, which feature a queen-size bed and full-size bed, respectively. After a day of exploring the city, spoil yourself with the immaculate standing glass shower in the tiled bathroom.
A fully furnished living area offers a sleek space to put your feet up. Additional guests can stretch out on the full-size sofa bed.
Have a glass of wine and a conversation with the cook at the breakfast bar in the contemporary kitchen.
Serveis i zones comuns
There is one free parking spot out back if needed. Definitely a plus in this neighborhood! The catch: it's a narrow spot, which is adequate for a compact car but impossible for a sedan (it takes a bit of effort to manoeuvre the tight turning circle, but to give you an idea of the size, cars which have fit include the Hyundai i20, Toyota Prius, a small fiat, and an Audi A1. An i30, Kio Rio, and Ford Fiesta have attempted but have not succeeded). Those whose car can't fit in the spot are welcome to park on Carrington St or surrounding streets.

We (Luan and Wendy) live nearby, so we're close if you need us. But the space is all yours!
Altres aspectes destacables
Our home can accommodate up to six guests, with two supportive beds, one room with a queen-sized bed and another with a double bed, and sofa which converts into a double bed in the living area.
Please be considerate of the neighbours, this is a quiet street and our neighbours need their sleep too. Strictly NO parties, large group gatherings, or loud noises.
Please leave the place tidy and clean as you found it on arrival. If you use things, please clean it and put it back.
Strip beds of linen before you leave.
Check the house is locked (back door and front door, and windows) when you leave.
I'm a pharmacist by profession, but at the moment busy raising two toddlers with my husband, Luan, who is a doctor. We've lived in Adelaide most of our lives, but love to slow-travel, really seeing what it's like to live in an area.
As hosts, we are happy to be available if required, or totally hands-off. We live just a few minutes away, so are right here if you need us.
