Our apartment is a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. You have your own private entrance but we will be here to answer any question you may have.
This is one of our favorite areas of our house. It's a great little get away up there with lots of light and an open feel. The mattress is a king sized Tempur-Pedic and is very comfortable. The twin roll away beds are stowed away in the closet along with some extra bedding and can be set up in the main space. They fold up easily and can be put away during the day so they're not taking up space. We want you to make yourself at home. There is a hot plate, toaster oven and microwave available for cooking and an apartment sized refrigerator. There is also a Keurig stocked with coffees and teas. One thing to note is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so unfortunately it is not accessible to those in a wheel chair.

Guests will be given a code to enter the front entrance with a keyless locking system. The entrance is private and through the front only. Emergency exit is certainly available through the back entrance as well, but our family uses that stairwell to get between the first and second floors, so please don't use it unless it's an absolute emergency.

Unless we are away we will be available for anything that may come up. We'll be glad to help you out with what to do in the neighborhood and answer any questions you may have. If you prefer to keep to yourself, we will, of course, totally respect your privacy.

Providence has something for everyone. There are art galleries, shows of all kinds, music venues and events all over the city, shopping (we have the oldest shopping mall in the US called The Arcade, so many great restaurants (many of which have topped national and international lists for foodies), history, architecture, beautiful outdoor spaces and the list goes on and on.
Our neighborhood is filled with families and we ask that you help us to be respectful by not throwing any parties or playing really loud music or being too loud in general. We also ask there be NO SMOKING AT ALL (including e - cigs, marijuana, or vape) on the premises. We do love furry critters, but we ask that you keep yours at home in the care of others while staying at our airbnb to keep our space allergen free.
