This is a studio apartment within a historic home with private pond and grounds, walking distance to UConn. Looking forward to hosting you!!
Are you wanting to come to Storrs to catch a show, visit friends or family nearby or at UConn, or just to get away? Come!
The Space: A private studio apartment within a historic home located on a quiet lovely street, also flanked by historic homes of lovely neighbors. 1.5 miles from UConn, with trails to the Nipmuck and Fenton River.
2 double beds, bathroom, efficiency kitchen, and access to full kitchen in a shared music room/common room. Cozy for a weekend retreat, Boston-NY midway meet-up, or graduation celebration!
The apartment will someday be for aging mothers, but for now they visit only from time to time!
About us: We are young, professional, and tidy. We also love to live, laugh and have fun. In a world of giant houses but limited community... we are looking forward to making a bit of extra money and to sharing our great space with you. In particular, the house has a rich cultural and artistic history and we look forward to sharing it!
